Used the Log Inn as a base for 2 days in the area. Worked out really well. Convenient location to 'downtown' Bonners Ferry but also convenient for heading over to Montana or up in the mountains for the day.

We were on a weekend off road trip up north of Bonner’s Ferry, and we were looking for the closest place to stay to the off road park our friends were staying at. We came across the Log Inn and thankful we did, 10 minutes from the off road park! They were extremely friendly, rooms were perfect for us, and it was very quiet! We would stay again if we ever ended up back in the area! We also love supporting local, and the Log Inn checked that box for us as well!

Our stay in Bonners Ferry, ID was very pleasant. Check in was quick and easy. Able to park right in front of our room. The room was large, recently updated. We loved the walk in shower. Breakfast was good.

Log motel looked as if had been rebuilt using newer logs & constuction methods. Still a motel where you park in front of your room. Beds were massive, but comfortable. The rooms were massive also. Some of the previous building materials were reused in the rooms. For example, the door into the bath room looked very old and the door knob & lock didn't fit tightly in the door. You could see into the bathroom AROUND the door knob and lock! The lobby was small & only had a few tables foreating breakfast. I guess they expected you to take your waffle back to your room to eat. Waffle was build-it-yourself, and was rhe only hot breakfast items. Cereal and a few pastries. Coffee, orange juice. The GPS took us to the mailbox down the street behind the hotel! That might have been the original entrance! When we commented to the clerk, he just confirmed that's where the mailbox was! We would not stay here again.

The staff was nice, breakfast was ok with self-made waffles, bread, lemon bread, coffee. The room just didn't feel clean, various bugs and noisy AC.

Loved the room. It was a very clean room. Shower was excellent. Sink was dared but worked just fine. Bed was very comfortable for us. Couldn’t get TV to work but we were so tired it didn’t matter much. WiFi seemed good. Not a fancy place from the outside but would stay there again in a heartbeat. Thanks all!
