It had all the necessary amenities, combined with an spacious and deluxe décor (main room had a dressing area next to the en-suite bathroom). Excellent and responsive service. Very good value for money

A mixed bag.

We booked several apartments for a work trip and found it a bit of a mixed bag. The Good: Spacious modern apartments decorated nicely with most of the basics (fridge, washing machine, balcony furniture etc). Helpful staff. The Bad: Initial cleaning was poor in two of the apartments requiring them to reclean/change sheets (hair on sheets etc). Very sparse on consumibles, a toilet roll and a couple of mini soap bars per bathroom (no free toiletries as noted) and nothing in the kitchen at all (not even salt/pepper/sugar). Worth Noting: Most of the Apartments (at least based on the 4 we had) are a fair walk from the pool area and several minutes walk apart from each other. Pool area has no toilets or sun loungers etc. 10 euro cash deposit required for parking fob. Car essential. Overall these apartments didn't work for us very well due to the distance apart and lack of toiletries/basic kitchen supplies however I am sure they would work well as a base for a family staying for a week or more.

Da vi ankom midt om natten var der en nattervakt som kun kunne Spansk. Det var lidt vanskelig at kommunikere med, men det gik. Næste dag gik jeg tilbage til receptionen, da var de en dame der kunne Engelsk, da fik jeg alle informationer jeg skulle bruge. Så alt i alt gik det godt.

Una sorpresa muy grata

Las fotos que aparecen en la descripcion del hotel (perdon, estoy en un teclado USA) no hacen justicia al hotel en si ni al entorno en el que se encuentra. Grandes, muy grandes, instalaciones nuevas, mobiliario moderno, en un entorno muy tranquilo, sin ruidos y con unas vistas privilegiadas. La atencion de todo el personal, de principio a fin, excelente. Atentos a todas nuestras solicitudes y muy serviciales en todo momento. Quien busque un entorno agradable, a un tiro de piedra del Campo de Gibraltar o las playas de Malaga, lo tiene bastante facil con estas instalaciones. Nos quedamos cuatro dias y nos habriamos quedado mas tiempo de no ser por las fechas. Repetiremos, sin duda.

Property was beautifully furnished very clean and tidy on arrival. However no cleaning materials were provided so we couldn't keep it that way. Cleaning was only done every 3 days, including on our penultimate day there and was limited to making the beds, sweeping and changing the bins. Staff said they weren't to clean the glass table or kitchen surfaces. Towels were provided, but they were thin and small. We were charged extra for a cot, which we only found out about after we had paid. There were no mosquito nets in the flat, so we were all bitten at night. A really nice flat, but poorly managed.

Apartamento confortable en un lugar muy tranquilo

Tienen un grave problema con las tuberias de los baños, producen muy mal olor, nos hemos pasado los 15 dias echando productos y con todos los desagües tapados. En cuanto al servicio de limpieza es un poco deficiente, nosotros limpiabamos y barriamos pero ellos no. La terraza se lleno de arena despues de dos dias de lluvia y ni siquiera la barrieron ni limpiaron las mesas ni las hamacas. Habia restos de estancias anteriores un bañador de niño y un embase de embutido en las jardineras, lo que denota que ni miran cuando se van los huespedes. En alguna ocasion no dejaron bolsa de basura ni papel higienico. Son detalles que restan mucho al valor del alojamiento.

Rustige omgeving, maar een auto is noodzakelijk

Ruim appartement met 2 badkamers, keuken met voldoende apparatuur en een groot balkon met uitzicht op de golfbanen. Je wordt keurig ontvangen en alles (o.a. hoe je de parkeergarage inkomt) wordt uitgelegd door de mensen bij de receptie. Zwembad niet heel groot en geen bedjes aanwezig. Moet wel wat onderhoud worden gepleegd aan ramen en deuren, deze sluiten niet goed meer. In de omgeving is verder weinig te doen, zonder auto dus lastig. Aanrader Estepona, San Roque zelf kun je overslaan.

Nice apartment and pools

The apartment was nice, clean and modern. It was quite sparse and echoey inside and probably not the most child friendly place with lots of things that could easily be broken (we have a two and five year old). I’d recommend taking plastic plates / beakers as the stuff provided seemed very breakable. Check-in (at 2300) was easy and using the coordinates on Google took us right there. The reception is on the right as you drive down after the barrier, we didn’t have a problem finding it. The pool areas were clean and spacious. Absolutely nothing beyond basic utensils was provided in the kitchen - no washing up liquid, cloths/scourers, salt, pepper, oil etc. Not even oven gloves! I’m not sure how the apartments are serviced, our bedding was changed once but the bins weren’t emptied and we had to get some bin bags and take it out ourselves. We also had to request toilet rolls as were only given two for our week long stay. We really liked the apartment overall - aircon worked well, fairly new inside, what felt like a safe area with good underground parking. When we had to call the emergency number because there was no power and it seemed isolated to just us somebody came out quickly. There is nothing within walking distance but several large supermarkets within a 10 minute drive so this wasn’t a problem. Everyone was friendly and we were made to feel welcome.

Pasamos bien los días, aunque todo queda lejos

Lo primero a decir es q el estar general es bueno, pero con ciertas deficiencias en la limpieza, lo primero que encontramos fue la basura de los inquilinos anteriores y mucho polvo y pelos en el suelo. La cama muy cómoda, los sofás y estancia en la terraza muy agradable para el desayuno y la cena. Sábanas y toallas muy limpias, yo es q soy un poco escrupulosa en ese sentido. Otro punto que no me gustó demasiado fue que se estropeó una persiana y el mantenimiento no lo arreglo, fue mi marido ya que fue el jueves y no iba ninguna empresa a arreglarlo, mi marido lo arreglo.. Quitando esos pequeños detalles todo bien en general, piscina y zonas comunes muy arregladas

Spacious & clean

Self catering apartment - large and clean, well appointed. Pools close by and short drive to beach. However no shops nearby & difficult to find the reception the first time you arrive (call before hand and get directions).

Tranquilidad y muy confortable.

Un sitio para descansar y disfrutar de la playa, lo ideal es llevar comida de casa por que no abundan sitios cerca para comprar, pero en general muy buena experiencia.

Ideal for relaxing

The complex is very nice and clean, with all the necessary amenities. Every apartment has a great kitchen with all the cooking utensils. This place is great for relaxing at the pool, getting a nice tan and lazying about. I would recommend renting a car as the closest mini mart and restaurants are a half hour walk away, while with a car you'll be a few minutes away from the town centre and neighbouring towns with their supermarkets (Taxis are expensive)
