ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE
We Booked the hotel friday night and called and called with no answer to confirm hotel was open. Upon our arrival it was a construction zone due to the Hurricane and closed off. At this point in time they refuse to refund my money or even answer my calls and hotels.com refuses to refund my money. I had to pay $400 to the only other room within a TWO hours drive just to get a spot after having worked all day and driven all night the day prior. Absolutely terrible terrible terrible. You should be ashamed of yourselves.
