2nd time in my stay within 4 weeks, one of the worst experience in my life and I will NEVER stay here again! I stay at Ascott Sentral Kuala Lumpur before for times and I not expect a Ascott property is operating as this.
- Messy in check in process; general QR code for check in guest which means you need to input your PII by manual like 1980s check in
- The frontdesk will request to "record down" your card number instead of hold credit at your card, now they have full control to your card
- One of the worst front desk staff I have ever meet, full of racist wording and insult behaviour
- The room is not being housekeeping daily but the bath towel is not supply in daily basis, you need to bring the dirty towels to frontdesk then request and wait for 1 hour in order to get the towels for shower
- Worst of the room design I have even meet; no socket for charging at bedside; Master switch not working; bath room light did not turn on when keycard inserted (imagine you are rushing for toilet, you can only do it in dark).
- The thermostat have no backlit, you need to use the flashlight in order to set the temperature
- You have to wait for 5-10min in order to get on the elevator
- If you travel by public transport, the frontdesk is located at 2F where no ramp is available; either you carry your suitcase by hand to "1F" then take the lift to 2F or get on the grab where they will stop at 2F. The hotel is not welcoming the stay that not travelling on car.
