The place was more bougie than I expected but i also expected a complimentary breakfast with our stay but it was false advertising on the expedia app. Breakfast was 10.99 a head but they gave us a 10% discount. Wow how generous. We left earlier than planned

The staffs like to scam their customers as they tried to do to me. I don’t understand how I checked in at the front desk on the first day and was told that I am all set to enjoy my stay for 3 nights. On the third day, the front desk had called me stating that I only paid for 1 night and that I should have been checked out “yesterday”. She proceeded to tell me and demanded for me to pay the two remaining nights if I wanted to stay my full 3 nights. I told her I booked with a third party and that my payment has been taken and I am not going to pay extra. She basically said that I need to pack and leave the room since I’m not willing to pay. She then calls to leave me a message saying that it’s all been figured out and that the manager had checked me out the day before, but she doesn’t know why. She was not willing to tell me the truth besides showing me her computer screen stating that my room was cancelled and that it had made the housekeeping question about my stay. How do they cancel my stay and not tell me, on top of that how does my key cards still work on the third day if it was cancelled? The staffs were not professional when she spoke to me on the phone as I told I will make my way back to the hotel to talk about the situation. She hung up on me and was not very nice. They need to be trained again on how to treat their customers and how to handle a situation on their end that they messed up on before calling their customers to demand they pay or get out.
