The hotel is not within walking distance of the airport, but it offers a shuttle service in the early morning at a price comparable to Uber. There is no kettle provided in the room. While I could get hot water from the restaurant during operating hours, it was inconvenient for me, especially since I was unwell and needed hot drinks in the middle of the night.

The staff were friendly and communicated well. The room was clean but the air conditioner didn't have a control anywhere. The TV turned on but had no signal. The bathroom door wouldn't close and the shower had a hand held sprayer that couldn't be placed anywhere because the holder was broken. With some repairs this could be a good option for an airport hotel.

The hotel was unusual as that it was in a residential area. It is a small hotel, but the rooms were clean and comfortable. The restaurant was excellent! We enjoyed our dinner there. The buffet breakfast is not elaborate, but good. The main reason for being there was to have a safe place near the airport with a shuttle, and the Cool Hotel absolutely has that down. On being greeted at the desk they asked where we were flying, told us when to be ready to leave the next morning and arranged for us to have breakfast before the regular opening time of the buffet, so that we could make our flight. We really appreciated that. My only suggestion is to have a coffee and tea available in the rooms. But overall it was a good stay, in a unique hotel, with great airport service.

We arrived late in the afternoon on a layover from Dubrovnik. Our reservation was in order and since we were leaving early the next morning (by 4 am), the receptionist was able to charge the room in advance. We ate a nice dinner in the bistro, and our taxi was waiting in the morning as scheduled.

The hotel was very close and convenient to the airport for our late arrival. The parking was good for our rental car. It was nice to have a restaurant attached. Last order is at 21:30. The pizza salad and beer were all good. The deluxe double was small for two people with suitcases. We tripped over each other The bed was very comfortable! This hotel is fine for a quick airport stay.

Good short visit at Hotel Cool
We got there late after a long 10hr bus ride from Dubrovnik. The hotel had a nice little in house Bistro. Breakfast in the AM & airport transport were essential for our short stay at this nice little Hotel near the Zagreb airport. The jazzy vibe was nice.
