Tatiana had been a great host to us. Communication skill was perfect. Her restaurant recommendation and sightseeing tips were very precise and accurate Her prompt ability to solve problems was efficient. The only issue we encountered was - the only window was facing central sky light of the building, so there is no fresh air circulation. Only option was to keep air-con on - there was no kettle, got hot water from coffee machine

絕佳位置的舒適住宿地點、附近稍微吵鬧。
服務人員非常親切、給予許多在地旅遊的建議。房間時尚舒適，設備齊全。位置非常方便，離主教堂僅有3分鐘的路程，但也由於在鬧區因此到晚上1點左右都還能聽到樓下酒吧喧譁的聲音。希望早點休息、注重睡眠品質的旅客可能要納入考量。

Inaccessible by car
We were disappointed by this apartment. To start with it is inaccessible by car and this was not made clear on their description. The nearest car park is a 10 minutes walk which means you have to leave most of your belongings in the car and just carry essentials to the room. The courtyard is just a light shaft with no tables or chairs to sit on. The kitchenette is just a sink and microwave. We were hoping to cook a meal there, however, this was not possible. Lastly the bathroom wall is made of glass so if you use the toilet in the night and put the light on, it lights up the whole bedroom! Also the sliding bathroom door has been fitted incorrectly and leaves a two inch gap when closed, this has been mentioned in several reviews and is obviously not going to be rectified any time soon. All in all, this apartment is poorly advertised and not worth the money being charged.

Disappointing.
Room was disappointing, bathroom was large but room was smaller than we expected and no table to eat at, only a trolley. Bathroom door didn't close properly. Description said courtyard area, but it was a very small airshaft out our window, not a courtyard. There are multiple properties with the same name in the area and reviews seem to be for all properties.

The location was fantastic, around the corner from the cathedral. No 24-hour reception, but the staff kept up a good communication via WhatsApp. The room was very clean and modern, but did not have a chair or table.

Avis très mitigé, bien réfléchir avant de réserver
- Jacuzzi non prêt à notre arrivée, besoin d'appeler sur un numéro WhatsApp pour avoir de l'aide. Le jacuzzi a mis plusieurs heures à se remplir et chauffer, embêtant étant donné que nous sommes arrivés vers 16h pour une seule nuit. - Pas d'accueil pour le check in contrairement à ce qui était annoncé. - Propreté désirable, poussière partout sous le lit. - Besoin de demander une couette pour en avoir une pour le lit. - Communication par WhatsApp non idéale. - Très belle vue sur la cathédrale et bien situé, cependant vite gâché par le bruit et l'insonorisation partielle.

We unfortunately only made reservations for one night, absolutely enjoyed our stay in the Penthouse.. especially the Jacuzzi with a most spectacular view of Cathedral/tower. We were able to store our luggage early and an added bonus check in is 2 pm unlike other places 3pm… staff were very friendly and supportive in every way!!’
