We arrived at 23:00 hrs on a dark and stormy night in Napoli. Tired and disheveled after a long day of traveling (from Vancouver), we were relieved at the end of the short walk from the terminal to find the lights on and someone there to check us in. Making a reservation (through Expedia, I am now dubious of the Benbo website) was fortunate as they were full, another traveler without one had to go back out into the rain in search of lodging. The front desk attendant was courteous and friendly, much more so than I would have expected at that time of night, and checked us into the adjoining pods we had requested a few days before (I missed getting a double and had to book two singles). There was an inside door between the pods so we weren’t completely separated, which was a relief. The pods were minimalist to say the least and about walk-in closet with a single bed in it size, but comfortableish and clean. After a day of traveling (and more to come) it was a welcome respite without all the extra fluff that drives the price up. The individual bathrooms (with shower) were also minimalist and a bit awkward sized to me, but I am somewhat large, but was fairly clean and got the job done. Probably about average for a hostel. Our breakfast was fresh made cappuccinos and fresh squeezed orange juice and chocolate croissants made by the delightful barman. I didn’t select the breakfast option, but it only came to about €10 for two people. All in all it was a positive experience.

There was a gentleman at reception on the night of 28/08/2024 who was really helpful when I thought I had lost my bag, he went above and beyond to try and help me retrieve it, I really appreciated it, everything else was great and straightforward.

Ottimo per dormire poche ore prima di un volo
Ottimo quando devi dormire poche ore, vicinissimo all’aeroporto. Pensavo peggio la camera invece era confortevole , aveva tutto il necessario per dormire , come detto da altri purtroppo non c’è insonorizzazione quindi si sentono tanti rumori e voci … però per la comodità per me va benissimo

Rooms were really clean and perfect for a one night stay. The only issue I have was the cleanliness of the bathrooms/showers. Lots of broken doors/showers and a giant lack of toilet paper. Very doable for one night though.

Barato pero para no pegar ojo en toda la noche
Incómodo, las cápsulas no están insonorizadas con lo cual se oye todo, mucho calor en la cápsula ya que no se puede regular la temperatura y los baños muy sucios. La gente es poco cívica.

Struttura strategica per voli al mattino presto, la camera abbastanza comoda e soprattutto pulita. I bagni sono condivisi e il servizio è tipo ostello: le lenzuola sono fornite ma non gli asciugamani. Fino alle 22:30 potrete mangiare in aeroporto, dopo ci sono dei distributori automatici nell’area comune con snack e bibite
