Los colchones tienen hongos, la ropa de cama y los sillones tienen hongos. No tiene acceso a la playa. Las llaves de los lavabos y la ducha tienen fuga, la caja fuerte se quedó cerrada y no podían abrirla. La comida all inclusive y las bebidas son malas.

Et udemærket Hotel, men efterhånden noget slidt.. personale er ikke indlevende og viser ikke særlig interesse i at hjælpe og guide, de kunne sagtens give en bedre helhedsindtryk ved at "være mere tilstede" dog fik vi altid en super fin betjening ved forgenmaden! Det er synd at alle hoteller og komplekse i området er så indelukket og man ikke kan gå frit rundt.. strand er meget sten og klipper..

The atmosphere was peaceful and tranquil, with few dining options and very limited activities within the "resort". The ocean view and poolside area were the main highlights. There also seemed to be a lot of renovations underway during my stay, so hopefully, they'll improve their services soon.

We had a pleasant stay overall and absolutely loved the location—it was stunning and convenient for exploring the area. The hotel itself has great potential, with charming features, but the building and pool could use some TLC to bring them back to their full glory. The food was a bit hit or miss; on some days, when the chef was available, it was great, but on others, it lacked consistency. Despite these issues, we enjoyed our time and believe this place could be fantastic with a few updates.

The hotel was a tad out dated and needs repairs, hot water is a maybe, and don’t plan on sleeping in - the black out curtains don’t work. Beach access is limited, and food was rough, get off resort for food. Over all it was a nice stay, Pedro at the bar and dinning personal were awesome. Front desk was helpful but not when our property was taken and not found which was my biggest disappointment of the trip. Sofia was rude and not interested in helping at all, Christian was more helpful but nothing was ever done regarding our property not being found.

Water that came out of the faucets was yellow. Slow service at times and workers served certain people and walked right passed us. No immediate beach area and if you wanted the good beach you had to navigate slippery rocks, punishing waves and trash. We made the best of it but we definitely wont be going to this one again

Vale a pena.
O atendimento e a presteza dos colaboradores foi impecável. Todas nossas solicitações atendidas. o Hotel em si, esta passando por reformas, mas mesmo durante a estadia, fizeram de tudo para minimizar o impacto aos hóspedes. Não pudemos usar a área com as Jacuzzis, porque estavam em reforma, mas tudo bem. 10 estrelas para o Cristian e para o Angel do restaurante, e o Cristian (Hermano) da recepção. Cortesia e atendimento nota dez. As fotos são EXATAMENTE o que vc encontra no Hotel, nem mais nem menos. Voltaria com certeza.

Me gustó que es pequeño, las habitaciones bien grandes y una vista excelente, nos siéndote bien en registración. No me gustó que la piscina estaba muy fría, los jacussi arriba se solicitan por horarios y sin ahí no funcionaron. La comida puede estar mejor elaborada, puede estar más limpio, y el pequeño puede ser más amable

En los snack no tenían pan para hamburguesas , la comida era mala , mal sabor y aparte no era preparada del momento se veía que tenía días , los totopos , pan etc… eran de días estaban duros y correosos , un simple guacamole estaba frío de días y color café , me hizo daño la comida desde el primer día , las bebidas estaban pésimas , tomé refresco después de probar más de 4 diferentes bebidas dando oportunidad otras , pedimos la habitación honey moon , no vale la pena pagarla , no tiene nada especial a las demás pero si está al doble de precio , las batas estaban sucias y jamás volvieron a remplazarlas , pedimos llenado del jacuzzi de afuera jamás lo llenaron , no tenía agua caliente , las almohadas olían mal , dos de los camastros te cubrían de los sol los demás no … su acceso a la playa es a la playa de otros hoteles pero obvio no cuentas con nada para poner tus cosas o protegerte del sol … por el costo del hotel hubiera ido a uno mucho mejor y con acceso a más cosas allí no había nada , tuve que rentar un carro para salir y comer afuera y poder ir a una playa y pagar el acceso ..

Upon arrival no power, next day power was okay room smelled like sewer so we were moved to another room, third day no power, 4th day no power we were moved to a sister hotel for the day, missed our sunset cruise lost our money and returned to finish our stay, no partial credits given nothing done to make things right but the food staff tried everything to make our days good.

You have to book everything with 24 hours was a bit much for us. Also, the key to doors didn’t work so we had to walk down to the staff every time we leave our room. Also there were no access to the beach and the food was a hit or miss depends on which day you go, but the staff itself was very excellent. That probably made the resort better, the pool also and the area was nice

El estilo de la propiedad es bonito pero esta descuidado la vista de la piscina espectacular los meseros excelentes ellos hacen que la pesadilla que es estar ahy se menos terrible ,los cuartos tienen mal olor a húmedo,los baños con moho sucios las camas viejas no te cambian sábanas diario abecés tienes que pedir hasta toallas porque no te ponen limpias. Tuvimos el domingo 5 horas sin luz no aire comida limitada ,el martes no tuvimos luz desde 7:30 pm hasta el día siguiente por la tarde nos dieron un pase para ir a otro hotel en lo que arreglaban el problema de la luz . Las fotos que salen en expidia son hermosas pero vienes acá la realidad es otra fuimos con mi esposo por el aniversario #23 fue el peor lugar en estos 23 años de casados que hemos viajado es horrible hay un tipo en el front desck que es un pesado ingerido cuando hicimos el check out nos quito las tarjetas nos dijo ya no tienen derecho a nada si quieren algo de tomar beber devén pagar what después que nos tuvieron sin luz con cómoda limitada deberían de intentar recompensar al huésped con algo no te dan ni la bebida de bienvenida nosotros viajamos desde new jersey otras personas vienen de Europa mucho más lejos se fueron lo peor no te devuelven el dinero ni te reconocen nada si cancelas por los inconvenientes de ellos mismos no tienen un generador este hotel no llega ni a 5 estrellas que pena por el personal de servicio son lo único bueno de ese lugar. I do not understand how this hotel is classified as a Five Star “Hotel”We got it because we wanted the all-inclusive feature with a beach. There were various aspects that I will mention that they need to get better at: 1. Room cleanliness and overall cleanliness of the facilities. The room had dirty walls, dirty floors and dusty areas. The sheets and towels did not smell clean at all. 2. Damp room and humid smell. It was so bad that even the bed felt damp, it is not comfortable sleeping in a damp bed. 3. The sliding door for the balcony does not lock. We reported it and they told us all the rooms were the same. 4. It was all-inclusive but in various occasions we couldn’t get what we wanted because they had run out. 5. The road to the hotel had giant potholes that would sometimes get flooded. 6. This hotel once must have been amazing but right now the facilities are really worn down and need an update and/or maintenance. 7. It had a pool table and darts but they were broken. 8. The pool tiles were falling and needs maintenance. 9. The food is 4/5 but no buffet and only one restaurant. Can only get coffee when open. No coffee or cups in our room did ask and still waiting today.
