O atendimento e a presteza dos colaboradores foi impecável. Todas nossas solicitações atendidas. o Hotel em si, esta passando por reformas, mas mesmo durante a estadia, fizeram de tudo para minimizar o impacto aos hóspedes. Não pudemos usar a área com as Jacuzzis, porque estavam em reforma, mas tudo bem. 10 estrelas para o Cristian e para o Angel do restaurante, e o Cristian (Hermano) da recepção. Cortesia e atendimento nota dez. As fotos são EXATAMENTE o que vc encontra no Hotel, nem mais nem menos. Voltaria com certeza.

Terrible place. Didn't have proper description. Its a small boutique hotel and no resort in very poor condition. Booked it for a week and got scared when we arrived that we will be stuck in this place for 7 days. Literally, the place has nothing to do, no beach access, just a small pool. No buffet, just one small restaurant with bed food. Also very poor maintaining place, lots of dust, rust and brocken stuff. Not sure if can attach pictures. But Expedia as an agency did very well, canceled our stay at senses and moved us to the amazing resort Iberostar just next to it.

The pictures are overstated, and the property is being remodeled. The water from the sink was brown, so I brushed my teeth with water from a water bottle. I booked 4 nights, but I only stayed 1 night, and they charged me for a massage that I didn't get. I'm still getting daily charges on my credit card. The staff was nice. Maybe once it is completed and remodeled, it will be a decent place.

It’s different in the aspect that there’s not a lot to do on the actual resort compared to others.you don’t have to wait for ANYTHING, and it’s a very personal experience. Still all of the normal things, like pool, and game room. I think the game room should be updated a bit for rainy days especially. The staff is very friendly, and they treat you like family. I recommend this place if your wanting a quiet stay.

Nasty! Let me just say the staff there were very friendly. Check in was easy and fast. We were greeted and given our room keys which are wrist bands. We were supposed to get welcome drinks but if you come past 3pm, you’re out of luck because that’s the cut off time for the drinks. The property itself was VERY underwhelming. The property sits wayyyy back. There’s a long bumpy, pot-hole filled road that leads you back there. Upon entering the room, you’re hit with a STRONG older of mold. It smelled like an old basement but times 10. And that was the “upgrade”. We asked to be moved into another room because the smell was so strong. Well the new room smelled the same. The room was very spacious but dirty and run down. The room was dusty, there was an old dead moth that was stuck to the tub, a cockroach in the closet on the floor, the coffee pot still had coffee in it that contained mold, even in the coffee filter. The outside pools and hot tubs were run down and nasty. There was algae growing in one of the outside showers. As far as the restaurant, drinks were good but the food was not. Ordered a shrimp appetizer and they only bring out two shrimps lol. I thought it was a joke. Tacos were bare minimum. We even went to the store to buy cleaning products and incense thinking we could get rid of the smell. But that didn’t work. We ended up leaving the hotel because it was horrible and went and stayed at another hotel closer to the airport.

This hotel is not what was advertised on expedia. Driving down the road to the hotel felt very unsafe, desolate and gave an uneasy feeling. The hotel itself looked to be under repair and the front desk looked like someones home setup. Staff was minimal so service was horrible. Had one restaurant that had very limiting food options in the menu. Restaurant itself was leaking water everywhere from the ceiling. The room had mold all over the doors, curtains were rusted and broken. Lamps didnt work. The ac unit in the room was leaking water to the floor towards the bed. The pictures made it look like the property had beach right in front but you actually have to walk away from property to get it. Ended up leaving same day because of all these conditions and finding a better place with so much more for almost same price. Strongly do not recommend this place as i felt completely deceived as a customer.

The resort barely qualifies as a resort. The rooms were cold and damp throughout the entire stay, with no hot water available in any of them. To make things worse, the water coming out of the sinks was rusty and brown. We had to change rooms several times during our week-long stay due to these issues. The poolside bar, which only stays open until 5 pm, served just one type of beer that tasted watered down. The location is isolated, surrounded by jungle, and a car is essential to get anywhere. That said, the staff were fantastic, with Hernán standing out for his exceptional service. The food was surprisingly good, with beautiful, fine dining presentation that added a positive touch to an otherwise disappointing experience.

Es el lugar perfecto para relajarse. Solo me queda decirles GRACIAS!!! Mi esposo y yo pasamos 8 días inolvidables! Todo el personal siempre amables, atentos y súper serviciales, nos hicieron sentir como en casa y muy consentidos! Las habitaciones son muy grandes y bonitas, la terraza privada con una vista espectacular (alberquita y camastros incluidos). También comimos muy rico, las bebidas buenísimas! Sin duda regresaremos!
