Good location, that's it. If you have budget concern, you can stall some where else, it is not worthy to pay so high to stay here, you will find others better. Of course, if location is matter to you, then this hotel's location is good, very good.

Everything is fine and the location is perfect. But my room is fact to the Leicester Square, the busker will perform from 11:00 A.M. to 11:00 P.M., this is very noisy to me.

空調無法自行調整溫度, 冷氣永遠是23度, 關掉還會自動開啟, 害我差點感冒. 只要溫度調到26以上就會變為暖氣, 如此冷熱交替實在是很痛苦 但飯店位置非常好, 若有特價下次還會考慮入住

飯店位置距離中國城只隔一條巷子，但是房間內完全聽不到外面的吵雜聲，整體住宿體驗是很棒的，房間網速非常快，也不知道什麼原因飯店招待了六天早餐，距離地鐵站大約步行三到五分。另外中國城的餐廳都營業到很晚，要是晚上怕餓的朋友推薦可以住這，不怕肚子餓，附近治安也很好，晚上在外面走很熱鬧很安全，喜歡看歌劇的朋友，這裡也很推，距離有名的售票亭TKTS走路一分鐘，走到各劇場也大約十到十五分的距離，這次出遊住到這間真的是選對了。

Excellent location. It’s clean, newly refurbished, fantastic roof top bar all added up to the good rating. Though I don’t personally like the design of the faucet and the open shower but it’s still fine.

Tried to call a few days before arriving after reading a review about glass, see through walls to the bathroom meaning you could see another person using the shower or even the toilet. This was proven very difficult, was cut off 4 times whilst the person ‘went to find out’, spoke to customer relations in the end who also couldn’t get through to get an answer either. On check in, the process was very slow and not very friendly. Our room was relatively small, despite a free upgrade apparently, but this is quite normal for a London Hotel. The room had a great view of Leicester Square and was in a fab location. Our understanding was the breakfast was £30 per person so we didn’t eat that here when there are so many food outlets surrounding you from McDonald’s, Wetherspoons and many other choices depending on what you fancy. The lunch/dinner menu was very limited so again we decided to eat out. My husband was running in the London Marathon, I met him back at the hotel when he finished and whilst I was waiting and on the phone housekeeping came to see if I wanted the room serviced, I said I didn’t and they then lectured me that I should’ve left the do not disturb sign on the door outside - why? One side stated do not disturb having 40 winks and the other stated please service the room - one would assume rightly or wrongly that no sign means just ignore being that I wasn’t sleeping or needing the room services. Cold, unfriendly check out.

Local estranho. Atendimento da recepção ruim. Reservamos no dia e não tinha quarto disponível ao chegarmos lá. Nós mandaram para outro hotel chamado Assembly- parecia um motel. Para compensar, nos deram café da manhã.

Check in was flexible, our room was ready at 12.30pm and reception said we could check in early and gave a complimentary upgrade to a square view premium room. The room was great and the bedding good quality. Roof terrace adds a lovely touch with its view of the city. Location was perfect for what we wanted to do.
