Wouldn’t recommend unless your desperate

Bathroom door didn’t latch shut, my 5 year old walked out of the bathroom with the toilet paper holder in his hand because it wasn’t attached to the wall correctly. Went all the way to the pool to find out you had to request access at the desk, then when we were let in the water was ice cold.

Better than average

The lobby was clean and cool, breakfast area the same. The two rooms we had were HUMID, one of them very musty smelling. Even running the a/c didn't help. They were more humid than the outdoors at night. Breakfast was pretty good, but the only fresh fruit provided was a couple of bananas and some really, really old and awful apples. Overall better than average with comfy beds and baby crib provided.

I checked into this hotel on August 12th. I originally booked two nights, but because the pool water wasn't heated, I successfully canceled one night with the front desk on August 12th and changed it to one night. The front desk told me they would refund me. I checked out on August 13th, but why haven't they refunded me?

Best day so far

I love the food options, the staff was so nice. They were amazing. My hotel room was beautiful. I definitely recommend this hotel to everyone is also a very convenient location if you need to shop for groceries or other things.

Would recommend!

Front desk very pleasant to deal with and expedient service to check in. Place was very clean and tidy. Rooms the same. Bed comfortable. Breakfast selection was pretty good. A little trouble keeping up with refilling some stuff. Garbage was overflowing. ( at least 2 patron’s i saw pointed that out and it stayed overflowing way to long.)

The property was centrally located to highways, shopping and other essential amenities. The property was also kept clean and tidy. The breakfast was a treat in the morning along with the very hospitable staff team from the front desk to the room cleaners. Only disappointment for my wife and myself was the issue of the pool being closed due to being too cold, however we would definitely book this hotel if we are in the area again and will spread he word to other family and friends. This hotel is good except the elevator never works or at least one works sometimes but the staff more than makes up for that inconvenience. Ms. Ruth is awesome and is always there to greet you with a smile and assist whenever needed. The other staff are great also!

Clean and comfy.
