Avoid staying at the Extended Stay (ES) of this hotel, even though they offer larger suites! The overall condition of the facilities is extremely outdated. Both beds are twin-sized instead of full-sized, and the sofa is so dirty and worn that you wouldn’t want to touch it—it’s in worse shape than anything you’d find at a goodwill store. Shockingly, the sofas in the hallway were literally bursting with exposed stuffing! The room had a terrible smell, a mix of garbage and carpet odor, making it unbearable. Speaking of the carpet, it was disgustingly dirty—worse than what you’d see in some shopping malls—and I didn’t even want to step on it. We switched rooms three times, and every single room had something broken: a burner, a towel rack, or even a missing chair. If it weren’t for the fact that I had already paid in full and couldn’t get a refund, I would have definitely switched to another hotel. This was by far the worst lodging experience I’ve ever had, completely ruining my trip to Atlanta.

The hotel is old and outdated, it looks decently at first glance but upon further inspection it was beat up looking. The hotel hallways were dirty and had trash laying around. The elevator looks dilapidated, and the whole hotel was just lacking especially for the price. I asked for a refund right after checking the room, which was also under par for the asking, being dirty and musty smelling.

Okay but not great

The room had a strong odor from the time I got in there. It was a mixture of smoke and mildew. There was standing water on the bathroom floor so I called the front desk and someone came to fix the leak after about 2 hours later and I was already exhausted having been working all day. The kitchen wasn't as clean as it could have been. The actual room itself was nice but definitely needs some fresh paint and updating. The fridge has spot all over, the counter top wasn't cleaned and like I said the bathroom was just in bad shape not to mention there's hole in the bathroom floor where water was draining through. A good way to allow roaches and other bugs into the room. And yet they manage to over charge you for these rooms. The girl who checked me in had the audacity to tell me they were giving me a good rate on the deposit as if I don't stay there often. My dear you're not giving me anything! I always pay my way lol. I pay the price of the booking with no discounts so whatever

The General Manager and staff are rude, nosy, unprofessional and unorganized people. They let anyone and everyone touch the mail from kitchen staff to guests. They send guests mail back that they know are residing there if they have a dislike for you. I wouldn’t recommend this place

Dated and stained

This hotel was horrible. The Outside and Lobby look good. But the rooms were horrible. They were stained extremely bad. I understand a place being dated but clean is still expected.
