What a charming little boutique hotel. The property is very well done and maintained. The service and friendliness from all the employees was top notch and Marcanthony runs a very good operation. He reached out several times prior to and during our stay to share information and make our first visit to Ptown the best it could be.

Lounge with coffee and ice service, hot tub, sauna and steam room, all very clean and well maintained. Rooms are beautiful and deeply comfortable. Parking is a great benefit - but if it’s full up, check with front desk for recommended alternatives. Daily breakfast vouchers are a welcome treat. Can’t wait to return!…

Charming and cozy

This is a quaint, comfortable and cozy place to stay in Provincetown. It is near the eastern edge of Commercial Street and an easy walk to that popular thoroughfare. My friend and I stayed in separate rooms, choosing a mid-May weekend ahead of the busy summer season. This was my first time in Provincetown. The hotel is very well kept and charming. The room I stayed in was small but still perfect for me. The bed was clean and comfortable; its en suite was a bit tight but still just about right. The common area on the first floor is very homey and welcoming. There was some confusion on both ends regarding check-in, but the person I spoke with on the phone quickly cleared things up. All in all, I would highly recommend The Ellery as a place to stay in Provincetown.

So damn good!

My partner and I spent our three year anniversary at the Eller Hotel and loved every bit of our experience! I would recommend it to everyone. First of all we came from North Carolina and getting a text directly from MarcAnthony made me feel connected and welcome. He continued to help us feel excited about Provincetown with a suggested itinerary that was super rad. We absolutely loved taking advantage of the amenities and lounging on the comfy patio furniture. It was awesome!

Overall happy with the experience, however, we stayed in deluxe room 6 and it seems like every time someone flush the toilet our toilet bubbled happened all throughout the night, the bed was hard and uncomfortable, and you can hear everything through the walls

I opted to stay at this property because of the 4.7 ratings. However I was not aware that it was not ADA accessible. There are only stairs and no ramp additionally, you can’t control the thermostat. The thermostats are located in the hallway and control multiple rooms. I spoke the manager and expressed my laments given my medical conditions. Mark Anthony stated they did not have anymore rooms available. Therefore,I attempted to stay the first night however the heat was turned on high and the ceiling fan made a continuous loud screeching noise. I contacted the front desk after hours concierge in an effort to get help, however he was unable to help me. He tried to contact the property manager but he did not respond given it was after 10. Ultimately I decided to leave because I did not want to put my health in jeopardy. When I spoke the manager the next day after an extensive conversation he agreed to only charge me for me for one night; I contacted Expedia to confirm the refund in which they told me the property refused to give. If you want to stay at a property that does not honor there word, customer service isn’t at the forefront of their agenda and they’d rather pocket your money instead of providing a great customer experience then you’ve found it.

I was so nervous about the accessibility to things, and parking. This property has it all. PERFECT location, and the rooms are so charming. I really appreciated the different areas to sit, and private access to rooms. The Common areas are impeccably kept, and I thought the rooms were nicely updated too. HIGHLY recommend this space

Stay here. I promise it’s worth it. Not only the amenities which really are amazing. The main focus was our wonderful host MarcAnthony. He truly cares about his community and building it up. He is involved in protecting the community, he brings a breathe of fresh air as soon as you walk in. He is warm, welcoming, and very knowledgeable. We took his dinner recommendations and were happy we did. Thank you for being in the line of work you are, you belong in hospitality. We will be back, maybe even this week. 😉

Fabulous accommodation

A brilliant hotel in a very central location. Staff very friendly and attentive. I felt welcomed and at home as a straight man in a wonderful gay town. Great sandwich restaurant across the street with a daily credit note offered to Ellery guests. Would definitely use again if I return to P-town.
