Great location but bad service
Good location at this good property but the service and the staff is totally lost. Our welcome was a total disaster. The word welcome was not even spoken. But could we please settle the whole bill at once. No introduction to the place was offered. Very few of the people working in the restaurant spoke enough English with a number of misunderstandings as a result. The rooms are nice and the rooms with a good balcony. The grounds were cleaned and swept everyday and the beach is very close. The best service we got were from the guys serving drinks on the beach with a smile every afternoon.

Very good hotel, friendly service but a bit pricey
I had an excellent stay. Location is great. Beach is beautiful. Room was large and bed was very comfortable. Only improvement point is that the ceramic tiles in the shower were not so clean. Room a bit pricey for its simplicity but it is Holbox.

Amazing place
Amazing place to visit with the family, they are not completely on the beach, you need to walk a few meters and cross the street to be on the beach, they have a beach club, they bring you the service, food and drinks; the restaurant has a lot of variety, just if you arrive late, the food it's cold and they don't have everything, it's in the best beach for childrens and infants.

Las zonas comunes son bonitas. Desfortunadamente ,las habitaciones están anticuadas, huele a humedad y la habitacion un poco sucia/manchada. El baño esta bastante sucio y el agua sale sin presión. Para mi no se merece las 4 estrellas, es mas bien un 3 estrellas.

All staff were great. General manager could have been more forthcoming with some of the issues trying to meet taxi and ferry departure times with all of the local unforeseeable complications in this environment so be prepared to have all your taxi and ferry reservations made well ahead of time.

En el check in nos dijeron que nos enviarían una cortesía por cumpleaños, después de dos días nos vieron en recepción y se acordaron, nos la enviaron el último día de nuestra estancia, en la habitación la TV en teoría era smart tvt pero nunca se pudo conectar al internet del hotel, nuestra habitación tenía una pequeña alberca privada, el primer día estaba sucia, la recirculacion de agua estaba apagada y tenía bajo nivel de agua, le dieron mantenimiento hasta el segundo día, la playa tiene sargazo acumulado que no recogen, solo le dan la vuelta supongo para que no se pudra y huela mal. La playa es bonita pero estar en los camastros viendo el sargazo es deprimente, otros hoteles mantienen limpia su playa y es más agradable. En la habitación los cojines del tipo sofá estaban sucios y la puerta del baño no cerraba. Hasta que hicimos el check out nos informaron de un impuesto que había que pagar el cual cubrimos, pero deberían dar la info desde el inicio

Great location, the facilities are great, the staff is amazing helpful and friendly and the food is great. The beach and pools are fantastic and you can have a great time in the hotel. We experienced an hurricane during our stay but the staff was always very nice and make it easier for us to feel safe and comfortable. Fully recommend the hotel.
