Great boutique hotel and stellar service
The hotel and staff were very helpful. If you have any questions or need assistance, the staff communicates with you via WhatsApp with quick responses. We were especially grateful for one of the staff members who stayed up late (11:45pm) to personally provide us with a airport transfer and check in when our flight was very delayed from London to Split.

Valentino was fantastic. He picked us up at the airport and delivered us directly to our room. It is a small boutique hotel so understand it is more like a B&B but exactly what we were looking for. Many stairs but Valentino was so helpful with our luggage both in and out. Highly recommend!

The accommodation is brilliantly located within the palace walls but tucked away from the tourist walking groups. The rooms are well designed and of a good spec. The staff were very helpful and friendly and helped with luggage etc and were particularly helpful in organising our taxi to the airport. Thanks!

Great apartment in historic Split
Had a great time and very much enjoyed Mijama suites. Location inside old town was great, and the apartment has been very nicely remodeled. One item to be aware of is that like other typical historic buildings, there are no elevators so if you have top apartment, it is over 60 steps to the top. :)

Este lugar se encuentra dentro de lo que fue el Palacio de Dioclesiano, por lo tanto esta uno dentro del casco histórico de la ciudad, lo que permite poder recorrer la parte más turística de la ciudad con la posibilidad de regresar fácilmente al hotel a tomar un breve descanso o dejar añguna compra, para luego retomar el paseo por las hermosas calles de Split. El único inconveniente es que para llegar al hospedaje con maletas hay que caminar un trecho, que aunque no muy largo si tiene varias escaleras. Otro punto que hay que considerar es que el horario de recepción no es permanente, por lo que si se tiene que resolver algo con el personal es mejor hacerlo cuando uno los ve ahí, ya que en nuestro caso cuando quisimos comprar los vales para el restaurante donde se ofrece el desayuno no los encontramos y tuvimos que pagar un poco más.

We enjoyed our stay here. It was tricky to find but also part of the experience. The staff isn’t there all the time as it is a small hotel but they are available by whats app and they recommended restaurants etc. You can’t beat the location.

The location is perfect
The location is fantastic. No enough hot water for shower. The TV wasn’t working. The room is clean enough. Shame about hot water , i had to finish with cold water. I did not turn off the switch which I was told not to turn off for hot water. There was a leak so bathroom floor was soaking wet after one person having shower.

We had a fantastic stay. From first stepping into our apartment, we knew we would be well taken care of. There was plenty of space, a large rain shower, a balcony, internet and satellite TV – all the amenities we could want. There was a bowl of fresh fruit and they provided us with coffee and a coffeemaker. The suite was cleaned every day, including new bedding. The staff were friendly and the gentleman at the front desk was supremely helpful with anything we asked of him. My next time in Split, I would happily stay at Mijama again.
