Awesome stay
Absolutely outstanding property with awesome friendly staff. We were blown away with the exception of the kitchen which needs help. It’s a shame such a wonderful property and the food Wes marginal at best! The breakfast was missing bacon sausages cereal ect who wants to eat cold pancakes?

한 번 가고 두번가고 또 가고 싶은 곳!!
한국인은 못 본 시아르가오 숙소에요! 숙소에 있는 수영장도 사진으로는 작아보였지만, 놀기에 부족하지 않았고 무엇보다 제너럴 루나 중심 거리에서 멀지 않아서 걸어다니기도 좋은 위치의 숙소입니다. 그리고 호텔에서 무료로 이용하는 툭툭서비스가 그 무엇보다도 최고!!

IKKE BESTILL DELUXE ROOM. Svært misvisende navn, små rom, ekstremt lytt, null privatliv, du hører når folk nyser, går i gangen da det er så lytt. Vi klagde og fikk anledning til å oppgradere til Garden Villa, det var en helt annen opplevelse og kan anbefales. Betjeningen var super hjelpsomme. Frokosten var helt ok. Beliggenheten er super.

very nice place. friendly staff, allowed to borrow paddle boards, beautiful beach front and pool area, breakfreast is different everyday and a variety of options. some con- bathroom easily gets messy with how the shower/bathroom glass is designed, also a few times we asked to get room cleaned by leaving the sign on the door but room wasnt made, also both our regular rooms reserved for the same price, one was much bigger and spacious than the other one. would recommend this place though. nice location and overall great experience

Nice Hotel, but improvable service. The bar stuff don't know their own cocktails, housekeeping didnt make the room after i asked to clean at the reception 3 times, very slow service, cleaning of tabel in pool only on guest request. Worst coffee I have ever drunken in the philippines.

The staff could not have been more professional and kinder. My only complaint is way too many rude westerners, but that is due to the area, not the resorts' fault in any way, just simply nails on the chalkboard to have to listen to western whining, true bummer.

Stayed 5 days 3 nights in this property and we thoroughly enjoyed it. Room was clean and they have great amenities e.g pool, gym and private beach to name a few. I particularly liked the variety of the complimentary breakfast they offer. The entire stay there, each day had a different set of menu for breakfast. They also offer complimentary drop off shuttle around general luna Property is a short walking distance to main bars such as Siargao beach club and tiki. Only thing negative I can say is that they only give 1 access card per room. So if in case you need to charge your power bank or keep the aircon on so itll not be scorching hot when you get in the room unfortunately itll not be possible.

Worst Hotel Stay from 2024
What a shocker of a hotel. It started with our arrival at Siargao airport. We ordered a private car pick-up through the hotel, it did not arrive so instead of a 45 minute private ride we had to endure a 1 hour 15 minute tourist bus ride. Upon arrival the hotel at 7:15am (we had already booked the previous night as we knew we would arrive early) we had to wait 15 minutes while our room was prepared. The room was prepaid some 3 weeks earlier. Asked to speak to the Manager - No show, so I assume their is no Manager for this hotel. Once we got to the room, my partner went for a lay down in the bed, only to be scratching from bed mites after 10 minutes. It took the hotel staff another hour before they came to change the bedding. I was going to have a drink of water from their service water jug, but it smelt putrid like it was sewage water. I had to do 3 hours office work while I was there, but alas NO desk to use my computer, so I had to go to the hotel restaurant to find a table to do my work. An assumption was made as we were paying 14,000 peso per night for the stay, that the room would have a TV, radio or some form on entertainment, but no such device. To put this in perspective, I stay at the Dusit Thani Club Room in Manila for 10,000 peso per night which includes access to the club lounge and fully furnished room. Last night of our stay, was woken at 1:15 am by drunken guest on the grass area outside our room. Can't go on as I have run out of charatcters for this review.

1. Need to improve their communication to the clients and their own colleagues. Miscommunication led to unnecessary waiting time for checking in. 2. The Beach front villa is not what it looks like in the picture you have to double check that ur getting the one in the photo and not the one on the side where there is not much view of the front beach. 3. Even if the SPA is fully booked they won’t allow you to have a room service from outside, I would understand not to have from outside if they have vacant slots in their in-house SPA but if not then they should have allowed the outside room massage service.

Convenient location for walking to the restaurants and shops in General Luna. The staff is friendly and very helpful in arranging tours and airport shuttle services. The breakfast buffet has many choices for foreigners and locals and the eggs cooked to order were perfect every time. The family villa was very spacious and the beds were comfortable so everyone was satisfied. The only issue was the swimming pool water and I never experienced this before, even in the Philippines. The water temperature was extremely warm and I assumed that the pool was heated and was informed that it is hot because of the sun. The ocean in front of the hotel is shallow and not suitable for swimming, but the hotel offers free use of paddle boards and that was really enjoyable. I would stay here again.
