We are very disappointed about the service here. The staff should be trained better.Two points.
Firstly, we come back at late night and would like to take a bath. However, we could not turn of the faucet to stop pouring water into bathtub. We call night shift staff to help us. when he come to our room, he felt shocked and helpless. He informed us that we can not use water in the bathroom until engineer come to fix it on the next day. It is unacceptable that he did not help us to change a new room until we request for another room.
Moreover, we have a cooking class at there. After we finished the dishes, we still full from our lunch. Therefore, we just have a little bit taste and ask for wrapping up our four courses. I don't understand why the server just wrap up one course and throw away rest of three.
We informed to front desk this upset experience upon check-out. I don't think they feel sorry to us. More like we want to get some discount from this situation. In my opinion, the night shift staff did not inform our bathtub problem to next shift. Therefore, when I explain to another staff, all of them feel confused. The hotel put them 5 star on the website. For me, even 3 star hotel can provide better service. The service should be improved much better. The only good thing is that we forget our clothes in the room after we check out. They help to send to our new hotel.
