Tem hotéis melhores pelo mesmo valor.
O hotel está necessitando de revitalização urgente. Quarto grande mas sem comodidade cama grandes com colchão necessitando troca. Comida no restaurante da praia durante o dia é a la carte com uma demora imensa no atendimento, a noite tem a la carte e um buffet. O restaurante japonês está incluído no pacote mas não gostei a comida foi sem graça. No italiano a comida estava boa, serviço bom, e no dia que fui tinha até violonista.

we were here for a seven day all-inclusive stay. The breakfast buffet and dinner buffet were awesome! Highly recommend superior suite with ocean view, it is beautiful.

The over all stay was nice, the staff were very friendly and attentive! The breakfast was really good, the lady who made the eggs, did a great job! The Italian and sushi restaurant had some tasty food but the buffet and lunch was only ok! The beach was lovely and was kept free from seaweed except for Sunday, which you are charged an extra $16 for environmental tax which the lady says cleans the beach! This extra charge was not mentioned on Hotels.com, it says all taxes are included! They bumped us up to a junior suit with a sea view, however they tried to charge us €50 to start and we refused! The room had no elevator as and was on the 4th floor. The room itself was very spacious, and the bed was very comfy, but it was Very out dated compared to the room we stayed in the last trip! The shower was also VERY dated! The AC was very noisy and they didnt change the bed sheets even though we had split something on them! The coffee machine was not great in the room and They also didn’t refill the coffee or give us clean cups every day. Two doors down there is an abandoned hotel that really is an eye sore on the beach.

We enjoy staying at the Nyx, 3rd time staying there but it also was the 3rd time with the elevator in our building didn’t work (it did work on the 1st day, then nothing for the remaining 7 days). The only other thing that we really find fault with is the music being played by the pool all day. It’s too loud. We don’t sit by the pool ever because of the noise, we enjoyed the beach&. The food has actually improved since our last visit in the beach restaurant & was really good, as always Chianti was a highlight for both service & food ( I can’t recall the ladies name who looked after us for both visits at Chianti this trip). Breakfast is a bit of an issue with line ups to get in especially during the storm. The staff did an amazing job during tropical storm. Helene. Ignacio & Daniel & Freddy stood out as well as the young man from Chianti who worked at the beach restaurant 1 night (name started with S I think). Would recommend Nyx but next time we might look at somewhere different to stay just because of the noise factor.

Don Misael en el restaurante es el mejor. Las jóvenes de recepción Elvia Maine Melanie y Yelena tuvieron un trato súper especial. Lo hacen sentir muy bien desde el ingreso. Sueño con regresar porque la atención ha sido espectacular y la comida un deleite en Unami y el mejor Tiramisú en Chanti. Recomiendo 100%. Para descansar y comer bien

Buena opcion a precio moderado
Excelente opcion por su relacion precio/beneficio, muy bien ubicado, el staff es muy amable y en general las instalaciones son buenas. Los puntos mejorables serian: la atencion en los restaurantes que es algo lenta, los elevadores que son muy chicos y el aire acondicionado en la habitacion que apenas enfria.
