ホテル到着が午前中だったが　気持ちよく荷物を預かってくれた。その時の対応が　オーナーの優しさが伝わってくるようですごく良い印象を受けた。2泊したが、お部屋はいつも綺麗に整頓されていた。　　朝食は基本ビュッフェだったが、過不足なく、またマイテーブルが決まっていて、自分達専用のフルーツがたくさんあり嬉しかった。 ブルージュは素晴らしい所！また来たい、そしてまたルッカに泊まりたい。

En perle i Brugge
Centrally located hotel with large rooms and a spacious bed with a good mattress. The breakfast was delicious with fresh rolls, fruit, berries and an attentive employee who made sure to refill the dishes if necessary. Fascinating to have breakfast in a hall from the 15th century! All credit to the owner who takes care of the building and has furnished it with antiques. The fact that it is a bit noisy between the rooms and a bit cold in the corridors is to be expected in an old building and was not a real problem. Hotel Lucca is recommended!

unique building friendly service
Myself and my friend came to visit to watch our football club play club brugge and also take in some sites and scenery of the lovely city whilst we were there. The staff were very attentive and friendly, the breakfast was a very good continental buffet in a very nice unique dining area. The room was very spacious and clean with tea making facilities, if I had 1 tiny tiny minus to say is that there was no milk or sugar in the room to make the tea with but thats nothing really as we both really enjoyed our stay at a very nice hotel. I would recommend.

Fantastic Spot
This was an excellent experience. It's around the corner from the central market and the Belfort. The room was spacious, comfortable and quiet. The breakfast was delicious. All of the staff was friendly and accommodating. Would absolutely stay here again.

Fabulous stay. Hans was an amazing host. The included breakfast could not be better and is served in a centuries old cellar. So close to everything including Le Trappiste, a famous pub mere steps away.

My husband and I absolutely loved our stay at Hotel Lucca! The hotel was so charming with our spacious very clean room that was beautifully furnished with antiques. A delicious breakfast was provided every morning that included fresh fruits, perfectly boiled eggs, cereal, yogurt, fresh meats and cheeses along with coffee/tea/hot chocolate to drink. The hotel was conveniently located with a short walk to the market and many local shops. Hans the owner any his staff were so kind and very informative of the history of the area as well as driving to near by attractions. Five stars and more if I could give them!
