While the unit was spacious and comfortable for a family of 5, this appeal was offset by 2 issues.. Outside of building Q, directly in front of our room an alarm was going off upon arrival… I called and security soon came and turned it off.. And for 6 consecutive nights, I had to call for the same issue. 2 nights nobody came leaving those in the front room aggravated. Very poor customer service experience without so much as an apology. Secondly, while not a big deal, the trash area across the way was overfilled, (including a sofa dumped on the side) raccoons were scavenging and it was pretty unsightly. Surely something could be done to better manage. The only other thing, not an issue but an inconvenience was we were placed in an accessible unit, without the option to change.. had I known that we may be housed in an accessible unit, I would have contacted the property in advance, requesting a regular unit … overall, the stay was just ok
