Parking was a little rough. BUT they offered shuttle service to almost anywhere on the island. The drivers were courteous,friendly and informative. Enjoyed our stay. Staff was very helpful.

Great Stay

I have no complaints. It was very clean. Housekeeping did a great job. The bed and bedding were comfortable. The refrigerator was a nice size. They stocked the rooms with a few dishes, cups, glasses, silverware, coffee K cups, etc. They supplied you with a lot of toiletries and and towels, etc. There was plenty of closet and drawer space. I noticed they wiped the outside furniture clean often. They took umbrellas and chairs to the beach. They had a van to take you places on the island. Parking spaces provided were under cover. Right behind the hotel was free street parking if the under cover spaces were full. Desk folks were kind and pleasant. Workers were happy to help you when needed. I’m sure I may be forgetting things, but a great stay..would return.

We were very pleased with the beach access. Icona provided beach badges and set up of beach chairs and beach umbrellas. The staff was very helpful and friendly. We had an excellent vacation.

A little walk to Washington Street, but the shuttle was such a great help. Not only is it across the street from the beach, but they have complimentary chair and and umbrella service! I have nothing bad to say about this hotel, it was truly a great experience and I would definitely return.

This hotel was a very nice place to stay for a few days. The staff is wonderful, rooms were very clean as this is one of the most updated hotels in Cape May. They offered free beach badges and beach chairs and umbrellas with our stay which is very convenient and nice! The only complaint was waiting for the umbrella and chairs to get down the beach. They only had one staff member working to do that. We felt so bad for him. They also offered a shuttle service to the local restaurants and shopping area which also was nice!

The property is very well kept and clean. Trish at the front desk was helpful, professional and very informative from check in to check out. And utilizing the shuttle on our last day while it was sweltering hot was so great. John was great in getting us to the downtown area. A walk across the street to the beach is amazing. Parking right inside was convenient as well. Would stay here again!

Very pleasant, polite, competent people working at the lobby counter. Nice, helpful man working as the valet attendant. Everything was very clean. Obviously this can’t be helped, but I prefer the lobby on the ground floor. However, the 2 working elevators mitigated this.
