This is a gem! The room was big and cosy with all the necessary amenities, staff is absolutely amazing (they go above and beyond), and the whole place is so welcoming! There are lots of bakeries, restaurants and convenience stores nearby, and it’s easy to walk around or grab the metro. It was a pleasure staying here and I would love to return.

Simply Exceptional We stayed at this hotel for seven nights, and everything was wonderful. It is a boutique hotel with a small number of high-end rooms and truly exceptional service. POSITIVE points: - The manager, Alex, is not only highly knowledgeable and fluent in English, but also extremely competent, attentive, helpful, and diligent. He went above and beyond his duties by assisting us with train information, restaurant recommendations, and even a special health-related issue we encountered during our stay. - Excellent mattress, along with high-quality, new bed linens and bath towels. - Our upgraded room was quite spacious by Japanese standards. - Complimentary bottled water and chocolates, as well as excellent toiletries and bathroom amenities. - Central location, very close to several subway stations. - The breakfast is continental-style and features high-quality products, especially the delicious croissants. - Right next to the hotel, there is a wonderful bakery (although it only opens at 9:00 a.m.).
