4.5 stars. The use of spa requires appointment and gym is basically a fitness room with little equipment/weights to offer. At least a bench and larger weights is a must development Very well appointed and comfortable room yet not very good soundproofing. well laid out. All of the fixtures, design, and furnishings are of high quality. The front desk staff is very nice, helpful, and speak good English if you dont speak Italian. The breakfast has a lot of variety, and the breakfast wait staff are very pleasant and helpful. The location is not ideal if you want to be right in the middle of bars, restaurants, other tourists, and tourist sites. However, the main shopping area and tourist sights are about a 20 minute walk away. I did find a bistro within a 3-5 minute walk that served food until midnight on a Saturday, Deposito Bagagli Bistró. The hotel is also a quick taxi or Uber ride to and from the train station. I would stay again.

Hôtel fantastique comment un cocon ! Juste un petit bémol pour l ascenseur qui est vraiment trop exigu pour une personne même seule en fauteuil. Et pourtant, il s’agissait d’un fauteuil manuel de petite taille, c’est ennuyeux ! Heureusement que mon épouse a pu se tenir débout juste le temps que nous accédions au 1 er étage . Sinon. la solution. Est de transférer la personne en fauteuil sur une chaise asique à l’entrée de l’ascenseur, de la faire monter seule et dans le même temps monter le fauteuil par l’escalier’ …. Il’ ne me semble pas avoir vu un second ascenseur… dommage ça a compliqué. Notre arrivée.. Par contre, nous avons un d’accueil Chaleureux et très agréable. Et aussii De bond conseils pour dîner à l’extérieur ,,,,

Subject: Feedback on My Recent Hotel Stay I wanted to share some feedback regarding my recent stay at the hotel. First, I believe the price of €296 per night is too high for the value provided; I think a rate of €150 would be more appropriate. Additionally, the atmosphere during breakfast was quite unpleasant. The staff seemed uninterested and appeared bored in the breakfast room, which detracted from the overall experience. While the spa facilities are impressive, their booking policy needs improvement. The requirement to reserve a 50-minute slot in advance is inconvenient, as it restricts access to just one person or group when there could easily be space for 10-15 people given the number of facilities. Visiting a spa should be about relaxation, but with the constant need to monitor the time, it felt anything but calming. Furthermore, since the 50-minute slot is private, it's frustrating to have limited flexibility regarding entry, and it can be challenging to find availability. I strongly encourage a review of this policy to enhance the guest experience. Thank you for considering this feedback.

Great hotel! We were a little uncomfortable at breakfast because the staff working the breakfast was staring at us the entire time we ate. We were unsure if something was wrong with us but it was awkward. This only happened one day out of our two day stay. Front desk staff was very nice and helpful!

Our stay at this hotel was absolutely amazing. From the moment we walked into the building we were welcomed by all staff and felt like VIP guests. All the staff were very professional and made this hotel feel like a luxury hotel. The private spa was so lovely and relaxing, we wish we could have used it more than once! The breakfast also had a great selection and we were very pleased with it. The property is very clean and very well-maintained, making it a really comfortable stay. The hotel is a little outside the main area of the town, which makes it a very quiet area. But everything is very walkable, and we only walked the entire time we were there. We would definitely return to this hotel if we visited Florence again!

The Staff made our stay. From the moment we checked in we were made to feel welcome. Front desk was helpful with taxis, bus information and event tickets. Housekeeping was splendid! Morning setting for full breakfasts was fresh and tasty and presently beautifully. Spa was clean and inviting after a day if sight seeing. Overall, as first time guests, we’ll be back with family members and friends!
