It has 2 be a joke, right?
The lady at the desk was not accommodating at all she put me in a room where there were no light bulbs no microwave the TV was broken the room was dirty there was no toilet paper there was no towels and the ice bucket was missing and it smelled I asked her to put me in a different room and she denied me I had to wait for the night man to come on and switch me rooms this is not the first time I've stayed here and it's always a mess and a wreck so boo Red Lion on 1st Street in Yakima not a good stay you need to pick up your game we pay a lot for these rooms even if we get them online step it up guys I won't be staying there again

Terrible experience! Rooms look NOTHING like the pictures! The room wreaked like urine and they have bed bugs! I could not stay there and will be getting my money back

Wouldn't stay here
Absolutely terrible. Very bad part of town, mold in bathrooms, parking lot full of people who are not motel guests. Wouldn't recommend

Front desk kept hunting up on me. I spent over 45 mins trying to get through. My room had no tv when I arrived around 11pm. I wanted to relax instead I spent so much time trying to get through and finally had to have my room changed but that tv didn’t work. So frustrating.

Someone was shot and killed during my stay. The advertising for this hotel is way off. I was scared to go to my car with people using drugs everywhere in the parking lot in the wide open.

There were cockroaches - big ones and little ones- everywhere! Staff was rude and there was not running water for most of the day.

The room had cockroaches and smelled like raid, there was mold on the ceiling in the bathroom, and a spot that was cracking open.tons of homeless people everywhere, garbage at the back of the property, one of the maids was passed out in her car, people being loud until all hours of the night. It was disgusting, when i told the front desk agent she was indifferent. I will never stay at Red Lion again.

Property runned out of hand soap and shampoo and i was provided with used conditioner and lotion bottles, room door was not closing amd breakfast provided everything was broken only waffles and milk

Clearly a motel that now caters to the houseless and those involved in drugs and prostitution....strong police presence. Mattresses and discarded clothing all around just off the property...

Room was not clean and in bad conditions. Durty sheets, No pillowcases on the pillows. Shower did’nt work (only burning water) The only equipment in the room was towels.
