We came down from Colorado to get my stuff out of storage and needed a place to stay. The hotel manager, Loraine, checked us in. I booked a king size bed for two people . I offered Loraine my confirmation on my phone but she said she had it. The room she gave us had two double beds. We didn’t think anything of it. While we were loading up U-Haul, Loraine sent me email stating problem with reservation. There was two families with same last name and she gave us a family of 4’s room. Then she called at 11:30 wanting me to call Expedia to change reservation. I said no that this was her fault. The next morning, we offered to leave but she said she fixed it. Not very professional or customer friendly. She tried to blame us for her mistake .
