The room is small and compact, but everything in the room is well organized and with high quality. I like the salon level hair drier.
It should be a very pleasant stay if the bike thing didn't occur. I borrowed the bike from the hotel, and ride it to the bus station where I took the bus for one day Dead Sea tour. My flight is 10pm at that day, the tour usually ends 6:30pm, I thought I have enough time to ride the bike back to the hotel(6 minutes ride) and get the luggage. However, the tour guy told me the check-in at Israel airport is very long . I should be at airport before 7pm. He suggested he first drop me off at White Villa , then I can get luggage and to the airport directly. Otherwise, it may take extra 30 minutes to drop other tour members at their hotels before they get the bus station. After the consideration, I decided to leave the bike at the bus station. I know it is not good, but think it should be fine as hotel can easily get it back.
I arrived at the White Villa at 6:30pm, the reception charged me 200 US dollars as the deposit of bike, which I think is reasonable. Reception told they would inform and refund me back once they get the bike back. However, I didn't hear from them after one week. I called and they said they already had the bike back, but they would only refund me $150. I know I need pay something for my behavior, but is $50 too much? It makes me feel they want to earn money from my mistake, if I didn't call, would they refund me nothing?
