Rummet var fantastisk fint. Läget var bra, en kortare promenad på 10-15 minuters promenad ner till centrum. Nära den den fantastiska restaurangen Don Jacinto. Poolen var fin men se till att skaffa mer solstolar då det bara fanns två, varav en var trasig. Skall också tilläggas att hotellet är under renovering och att reception, bar eller lobby inte finns som på bilderna. Men som sagt rummet stämde överens med bilderna, och för det priset hade vi en fin vistelse.

Pésima atención
Este alojamiento a excepción de todos los de la zona no tiene cocina y en la descripción no aclaraban este importantísimo detalle, además había un problema eléctrico y la nevera no servía por lo que le informamos a Zulaika, la comadrona, quien inmediatamente cambió de actitud y se enojó con nosotros por pedirle que por lo menos ayudara a revisar la energía para poner una cafetera a funcionar y para que no se nos dañara la comida de la nevera. Nunca lo solucionó, no hay servicio de aseo a la habitación ni proporcionan elementos básicos de aseo, las zonas comunes están abandonadas y aunque había piscina por nuestra seguridad no la utilizamos ya que había riesgo eléctrico también. Todo queda muy retirado, no hay supermercados ni restaurantes cerca y ya que no hay ni cocina, no es para nada aconsejable hospedarse si no alquilan vehículo.

The aparthotel is in a rough shape, it needs some remodeling. There is no parking area so be mindful of that when booking. The pool was old but nice and clean. The staff was very friendly and for that reason I gave it a 3 star, for the staff, if not I would have given a 2 star.

I like the place a little bit because is a silent place. The Lady was very good with us. I don’t like that in Expedia they have picture of a place that have breakfast, Bar and other stuff, but when you get there you feel that they still your money. And also they have to take 100 Dollars that I don’t know why, if we paying for something that we don’t expect. I went there with an amount of money that I am going to spend and I finished with nothing on my package. Because I went there knowing that I have breakfast that the only thing that I have to buy is lunch, but nothing was like I was expecting.

It was clean. But nothing like the internet pictures. It’s more of a motel in a not so good location. It is gated but the communication is awful, no room service or food, pool only looks good at night. Only plus was that it’s a 10 minute walk from the action and the airport and you could step out and hail a taxi.

The host lady was amazing. Super friendly and easy going. Her hospitality was very warm and made us feel welcomed. She’s the start of the hotel as she does everything by herself. Property has no parking. She kindly offered us to park in front of the property which has one of those u shape driveway. She says no one has car so we can park there. But then during the weekend 4 more car parked in front and behind us and we were looking for the owners to get out. Same problem when we came back to the hotel. The location is very convenient and it’s very easy to get around. Close the restaurants, downtown shopping area and easy access 10 min drive away from the famous hotels district where all the night life and nice restaurants are. If you are planning to rent a car and you’re in a budget, I would definitely recommend this hotel as we enjoyed our stay. If not planning to rent a car, I do not recommend it as it’s hard to get around the island although, they have an impressive transit system. Way better than any bus I’ve seen in Canada and US. If you want local food experience go to Don Jacinto and Peanuts restaurant. Very close to hotel. You got to try this Dutch coffee brand called Smit&Dorlas which is the best coffee I’ve ever tasted. I’m bringing 6 bags home lol.

This hotel was not the same as the pictures online when I arrived it was different no where near the pictures which was what I was expecting to see, I booked a room for june 12 to june 16 2024. I left the hotel june 14 because the electricity went out in the whole building causing there to be no air conditioning and no one was inside working (no recepción) I want a refund for the last two nights in which I didn't stay.

I contacted the property for check-in instructions and received an automated reply. Arrived at the property and there was a phone number written on a piece of paper taped to the wall. Called and had to stand in the sun waiting for someone to arrive. The person who came did not speak English. She called her daughter to translate and her daughter was also not able to translate. When they opened the gate for us to enter, the property looked abandoned. No other guests visible. The restaurant was visibly unclean, even had wood lice running along the walls. The overall experience turned me off and I decided not to stay. Ending up booking another hotel on the spot. Do NOT recommend! And they won’t offer any refund. Unbelievable.

Me sentí muy cómoda durante mi estadía de una semana en Perle d'Or Apartments y segura de dejar mis pertentencias en la suite. El Apart está ubicado a 10min caminando del centro de Oranjestad, hay un supermercado muy cerca y restaurantes/bares también. Las habitaciones son modernas, amplias y confortables como se muestran en las fotos e incluso cuentan con aire acondicionado. Dejé una garantía en efectivo y me la devolvieron a mi salida cuando verificaron que todo estuviera ok. Tengo algunas sugerencias a mejorar: - Portería 24h o alguien disponible para acudir en caso de una emergencia, por ejemplo cuando alguien tiene un accidente o se olvida las llaves. - Mejor comunicación, no responden a los mensajes tan rápido y al ser extranjeros esto es importante porque no tenemos un número local. Agradecer a la sra. Irma por su gentil y bonita atención lo cuál influyó en mi decisión de permanecer más días aquí. Definitivamente volvería a reservar aquí si vuelvo a Aruba. Totalmente recomendado! Muchas gracias
