The location looks nice, perfect to host professional events in a relaxed atmosphere. Rooms are very modern and comfortable. Hotel is quite and really 4 stars. The staff was so nice and polite that I actually miss them.

Ok hotel, not central for tourists
The hotel was ok, at best. Location was not good for casual stroll into town for tourist attractions or dinner. Pillows were hard and uncomfortable. The black wall separating the bathroom and bedroom is a terrible idea, as not visible during the night. Otherwise hotel was pleasant enough, staff were friendly.

misled by images and reviews
I was completely misled by pictures of this hotel. I had booked the junior suite which includes two double beds.Upon arrival, there was only 1 double bed and a sofa, when I went to the receptionist, they were extremely unhelpful and said that since I booked the suite on an external site, there was nothing to do... it was very upsetting. Additionally, when I emptied the bath it leaked down to the bathroom and emitted an awful sewage smell. The next morning i told reception and when i came back in the evening they said it had been fixed only for the exact same thing to happen the next time the bath got emptied.... Furthermore, our shower tiles were cracked and the Spa pool was out of order. All, in all, a disappointing and mediocre stay.

Esperava mais de um hotel 4 estrelas. Quarto confortável, ok. Porém, o que ficamos, 118, tinha cheiro de “retorno” do ralo. O secador de cabelo ficava 30 segundos ligado e desligava. Religava após quase 3/4 min. Minha esposa tem cabelo longo e reclamou muito. O gradeado do banheiro, tipo aquecedor, que serve p secar toalha e, muitas vezes, roupas íntimas, praticamente desligado o tempo todo. Reclamei 2 vezes e disseram que era ligado em dois horários do dia. Durante duas horas e no final da tarde a mesma coisa. Não era assim. E todos os hotéis que vou sempre funciona. Café da manhã ok. Bem localizado.

If booking for the spa, DON’T! + Very dark rooms
Our room was a suite with a double bed and hotub upstairs and two more single beds downstairs. After filling the hotub up and 5 minutes spent in it the water level had dropped and this was due to a leak which flooded the upstairs floor and went all down the wall and through cracks in the ceiling which were already present. We were moved rooms with not too much hassle but the staff were standoffish and made us recollect the room keys from reception. The spa area was shut when we wanted to go in the afternoon of our first day there and we were told to book in to use it the next day which we declined as we didn’t know what time we wanted to go. The next day we asked to book in for use of the spa and were again told that it was closed despite being told the day before that we could have booked in. We had also asked in the morning before leaving if the spa was open and reception staff confirmed that it was. We were passed off by reception staff to the staff in the spa. They told us that maintenance work was being done as they had a problem with the pool. We were shown the spa area and the pool was completely drained and looked like it hadn’t been in use for months. Despite this we were told that it would be shut for the next 2 days (conveniently the last two days were were in Rome for) and then open the day after. No one gave a clear answer as to what work was being done which makes me think that the spa is permanently shut and customers are told that it will be open in a few days

Rummet luktade avlopp. I spa var allt avstängt. Det fanns inte en personal som visade vad det fanns. Poolen var avstängd, bastu var kallt och duschen var is kallt.
