Old and tired hotel, minimal breakfast options and hot food was all barely lukewarm. We had no hot water, shower wasn’t even lukewarm it was cold which was an issue that we reported immediately to staff who checked and said that was as good as it gets! Staff were all very pleasant, polite and friendly.

Hotellet ligger på en sidegade til hovedgaden godt placeret på en bakketop med en fremragende udsigt over Ella og naturen omkring. Vores værelset var rummeligt og rent med gode senge, og med en vidunderlig altan, hvor vi kunne nyde udsigten over området. Hotellets personale er meget imødekommende og hjælpsomme, og morgenmadsbuffeten har noget for enhver smag. Vi havde nogle helt fantastiske dage på hotellet, og vi kan varmt anbefale stedet.

Kändes nyrenoverat, fantastisk utsikt över Little Adams Peak och Ella Rock. Utmärkt mat; både middag och frukost höll hög kvalitet. Reser man med chaufför finns rum till denne, som enligt vår chaufför var ett bra rum.

Great view. Clean and comfortable.
Great view of Little Adam’s Peak and Ella’s Rock (and a waterfall). Pretty comfortable bed. Convenient furniture in the room. Unexpectedly good breakfast. Good service and very nice personel.

Wonderful 3 nights here. Unfortunately, we booked a garden view room so not much to look at and no chairs on the balcony. Springing for the mountain view room would be worth the extra money! Staff and service are excellent. Clean, comfortable and modern decor room, plus the rainfall shower is superb after enduring the heat and humidity! Breakfast is sufficient and good. The property would get my 5 star review if there was some outdoor seating areas, which I believe is in the works. Overall, the friendly and top notch staff make this place stand out. Super easy to walk down to the Main Street for entertainment and abundant eateries. Would definitely recommend this property to anyone looking for a fantastic, and quiet place to stay while in Ella.

The hotel has stunning views with large modern rooms clean and comfortable but be prepared for a bit of a climb to get there. If you’re carrying heavy luggage or not a fan of steep walks, it might be a challenge. we walked down for dinner and used tuktuk on every trip back up. Basic Breakfast was included But you probably better opt for nicer selection on the restaurants on the main street. The staff were friendly and accommodating many thanks to Kavindu who was super helpful and attentive price is a bit on the high end but that's what you pay for prime location. we will defiantly recommend this place to our friends

Incredible view (sunrise over Little Adams Peak) and friendly smiley and helpful staff. Great family room for 4 of us with balcony. Breakfast options a little limited but no major dramas and Ella town is 3 min walk (downhill at least a little slower back up) and a real backpacker fun town with lots of great food options - no problem sorting dinner.

A stunning hotel! The view from the balcony of little Adams peak, Ella rock and the ella gap is the best view i have ever seen in my life. The rooms are brand new and modern as well as very clean. The staff are very friendly and provide an excellent service. The hotel is in a fantastic location, a 2 minute walk from the Ella strip but it is very high up so it is so quiet and peaceful. No noise from the main road can be heard. Its location is far better than some of the luxury resorts which are 30 minutes away from Ella town. They are also building an infinity pool which will have the above mentioned view. This in my opinion, will make the property 5 stars.

Das Personal war sehr, sehr zuvorkommend und sehr freundlich Jeder Wunsch wurde sofort erfüllt. Die Zimmer an sich sind auch sehr sauber im Bad könnte man noch etwas nachbessern . Aber das macht die top Lage wieder weg eine atemberaubende Aussicht auf den Ella Rock Von unserem Balkon.
