Dont book here even if you are desperate

Filthy, misrepresented, broken toilet seat, cold water, half the outlets dont work, dark green algae in a pool advertised that isnt open, dont provide breakfast….shameful

Was not as advertised!

We didn’t even go inside. There were people living in this hotel! There was a family with four kids unloading their groceries. It was took late to even get a refund so I just took the hit and went somewhere else. It should be listed as a 1 star at most.

Wheelchair bound cannot t stay here.

Could not stay here. I am in a 400 lb. power chair and could not enter a room with a 6-7” rise.

Most disgusting place ever

This was the most disappointing stay ever and I have traveled all over the world. I didn’t feel safe and the rooms were disgusting the paint was peeling off the walls and were dirty. The shower was full of mold. They advertise breakfast but didn’t have it which I would not have eaten there if they did. The towels for the shower were worn and old. The sheets had marker marks on them. Just horrible!

Nasty

They didn't keep the room I reserved and even paid for. I had to take another room which they were pressure washing outside of and went into my room 112. Through the door and the broken window being held together by blue painters tape. There was water all over the floor when I first walked in and almost slipped and fell. The room was horrible. No phone, one lamp was just unplugged and the electrical boxes were dangling from the walls. Both the sink and tub were clogged. The TV remote control was broken and being held together with a ziptie.

I do not recommend!!!!

The outside of the hotel and lobby was a sure sign it was only going to get worse. It was disgusting. The odor was of pee and cheap fragrance to mask the smell of urine. Online amenities were a pool, Continental breakfast, movie channels,and the pictures were far from reality. No amenities were offered the room was dirty. The TV was extremely small and did not work.no toilet paper in bathroom.our view was a disgusting green pool. The manager barely spoke English and would not give us a different room. He didn't care that we were unsatisfied and quickly said leave and I will refund you. So we quickly left. I am still waiting on the refund. It's a disgusting and poorly ran hotel.

The hotel rooms have visible black mold on the ceiling and walls. There is standing water in two of the rooms we saw around the air-conditioning and refrigerator. The rooms are a health hazard. There was a room broken window held together with blue tape. The pool is thick with algea and the gate around the pool is broken. The pool is easily accessible from the parking lot making it easy for a child to enter and a code violation. We booked online. When we arrived the hotel rooms looked nothing like the online photos. The hotel itself needs a health inspection. The attendant wouldn't refund us after viewing the room. When looking at the reviews this seems to be their standard online bait get your money business scam. Then not reimburse you when you are disgusted after seeing the room. Unfortunately we didn't read the reviews until after the incident. Most complained of black mold, roaches, water leaks and mildew. Lastly there is no bar or restaurant on the premises as advertised.
