New but Dirty, Poor Wi-Fi, Careless Housekeeping
The Door Key expired automatically every 3-5 days, which needed you to go to the reception counter to re-activate it; if you are staying here for a long period, e.g. 28 days for my trip, it's very annoying.
The Wi-Fi Password expired automatically every 3 days, which needed you to go to the reception counter to get another password; if you are staying here for a long period, again, it's extremely annoying.
The Wi-Fi was extremely bad, there was always no signal in the room, I have to use my own 4G network.
The cups, spoons, and kettle were dirty...
The housekeeping was careless, they did not providing me new bottled water for many times, sometimes not providing new towels, not providing shampoo, not refilling paper tissues, not taking away dirty towels, leaving rubbish in the room, not taking the laundry bag, also returning laundry 3 days late, and even NOT DOING THE HOUSEKEEPING from my leave at 7:30am to my return at 8:30pm on 1 day, etc...
There were so many problems that I requested to cancelled the remaining nights but the Managers rejected.
There was one thing impressive : the working staff were nice and friendly. However, with what I experienced above, I would not choose any of their hotels anymore.
By the way, the ground floor was under inovation for the whole period of my stay.
And the taxi driver DO NOT KNOW about this hotel that they need your guide to drive to the hotel.
