Great people and location but run down
Let me start by saying, the people that work there are amazing. When we arrived at 6pm the office was closed but a maintenance guy had a key for us in an envelope. The hot water worked 2 out of 7 days. The toilet wouldn't flush unless you poured water in the tank while you were flushing. You only get 1 key and you better not lose it. The location is great with an incredible view. The island is more expensive than I expected. $20 for a hamburger, $30 for cerviche , $120 for a bottle of Don Julio Blonco US at the liqour store. $30 in the states. I would say this was closer to camping then being in a resort. I could have gone to Turks and Cacos for less.

Amazing
I stayed there alone for a week, and it was awesome. I had a whole cabin for myself with 2 beds and everything you need to cook. The free breakfast is really good, and the personnel is very nice. There is also 24/24 security. The beach is right here, and the pool is a nice place to tan and enjoy a drink when there are too many people on the beach. Really a good experience !

Très bon séjour, je recommande +++
Très bon séjour! Rapport qualité prix très bon! Petit déjeuner très bon (pancakes, sausicces, œufs et jus), personnels sympathiques, cabane numéro 3 très bien avec une vue exceptionnel sur la piscine et la mer. Lits confortables. Manque d’ustensiles dans la cuisine mais le personnel nous a apporté ce qui nous manquait dès que nous avons fait la demande. Hotel calme sur une extrémité de la plage. Gardien pour la nuit. Piscine agréable et nettoyé tous les jours par la maintenance. Robinetterie de la douche vieillotte mais eau chaude. Snorkeling incroyable en face de l’infinity bay. Promenade agréable sur la plage. En bref, très bon séjour sur West bay à un prix très raisonnable par rapport à tous les autres hôtels autour et les plus petits budgets. Petit conseil: allez manger une glace chez Copito (dans le bananarama hôtel), elles sont excellentes et faites avec que des fruits naturels.

The location was great. Our air conditioner leaked water on floor. It made a dripping noise all night. Multiple outlet’s didn’t work. The toilet didn’t flush all the time.

We stayed here for 5 nights we rented cabin 1 panoramic view which offers a perfect view of the beautiful west bay beach and the swimming pool conveniently located right in front of the unit. I enjoyed the property grounds on the back of our unit there is mango and coconut trees and in the morning you can hear the macaws flying near by we could also spot a few guatusas in the area nearby. Front desk manager is nice and friendly they do their best to solve your issues or needs. Housekeeping lady is nice honest and very helpful. I would like to mention you need to let them know if you need your cabin cleaned. Cabins are old but water and a/c works fine. Loud music from George’s restaurant and bar next door ends around 9-10. Water sewer smell and roaches is common in old properties around the beach on islands so keep that in mind as well. This property is located in front of the best beach and has the lower rates compared with other similar properties stay here if that’s your priority if you want luxury stay at the Mayan or similar.

The property was old, dirty, and poorly maintained. The outside area was not clean, with broken path tiles, lots of trash, and sewer odors. There was no power or water for a day, and there was no immediate communication or resolution provided. However, the Expedia team was incredibly helpful and provided a couple of options. I would not choose to stay there again and would not recommend it to anyone. It's worth paying a bit more to stay somewhere else.

We liked the convenience to the beach and room size. Did not like the room necessities, very limited and not useable conditions. Reception person only there from 8 to 4 where you were able to access the water bottle or mention issues. Attentive to service requests but 4 out the 7 days we had workers in room fixing things. Dogs in the back barking alot. Construction also going on around our building. Breakfast only had 3 options and not always 3 available. Restaurant not always open on time.

Fosters is a wonderful group Of people there to make your stay wonderful. Recommend. Locations is at the north of things and that makes it calmer in the evening but still very accessible to all. Rooms cool. Beds cozy. Showers hot.

There were several issues with this property: the property is in very poor condition, it is not kept up, falling apart, staff was not available during the day or night, none was available to answer questions or take care of maintenance issues, I could t get clean towels for five days, Boone cleaned my room for seven days. I do not recommend this property.

Beautiful view but room was disappointing
The place was old the sheets were dirty saw and cockroach in my room first nite. The office is closed after 5 no one to help you. The room is above a restaurant and very noise all day and nite. During breakfast they didn’t have me tickets for breakfast and the lady refuse to give us food even though I had the key for the room to show her. I left day earlier bc they never clean the room they put stuff to kill the crock roach. 3 days we werw there they never came to clean and we had enough of it and left. I asked for refund and they refused. Also the WiFi never worked fyi

Enjoy our stay here, only thing I would have to complain about is that the pool was shut down and the WiFi was not really working.. other than that great location, I had a panoramic view room and the view was breathtaking! I will definitely stay here again with no doubt!!

Good location, huge room, nowhere to sit on deck, asked for chairs, didn’t get any, there 6 nights asked on night 5 if we needed anything, a little late. Nowhere to hang wet towels or bathing suits, overall felt very neglected.

First time in Roatan and I’m so glad I stayed at Coconut after days of researching places. Franco at the front desk was great and personable. Felt like we were in a tropical paradise at home! Always made sure our room was clean, breakfast ready and even our laundry done! Don’t think twice, stay here there are lots of things to do. Great wifi, very cold AC and amazing showers! 10/10.
