Don’t go if you have any dietary restrictions
This is not luxury or high end. It’s old. You get what you pay for I suppose. What I disliked about it the most and was completely unacceptable was that none of the meals were properly marked with their ingredients. Huge problem for anyone with dietary restrictions. I kept pointing out to the staff that the symbols on the meal labels weren’t accurate, and they all agreed and told me not to rely on the markers!! So disappointed.

All inclusive incomplet
Bon hôtel dans l'ensemble. Personnel assez aimable. Le gros point noir pour moi est la formule all inclusive qui n'a que le nom. Très peu de cocktails inclus. Pas de spritz par exemple. Et hormis daiquiri mojito et Pina colada rien d'exceptionnel. Et pas de petits gâteaux servis à l'apéritif ni olives, rien'. Gros bémol aussi sur les desserts. Pour un hôtel de cette catégorie, très peu de variété et peu de desserts pour le palais des français. Pour le prix dépensé, très elevé, je suis assez déçue des prestations.

It was good! The resort feels a little dated and some things that I would consider basic for a 5 star hotel were missing. For example, I had to request a Nespresso machine and pay for the pods. Slippers and robes also had to be requested. Things like that. Everything was included except for the spa treatments. The staff was lovely, very very attentive. Great service.

Fine if you like resort holidays
Stayed for a long weekend, lots of lovely walks and beautiful surroundings nearby, particularly the coastal path by the hotel down to the beach.The hotel itself was fine with friendly staff and in a nice quiet area. Room was quite basic and the toilet flush mechanism was broken for the stay and kept draining. Good if you like resort holidays, but we spent most of our time out of the hotel, as it was very packed with British tourists. Not a fan of the food but lots of local options nearby.

Amazing location. Great staff. Short walk to shops, great restaurants. The only negative was the food nightly at the buffet was below average and a little disappointing. Didn't make sense for it to be sub par

Great place to relax in a quite environment. Food is good, service is good. Could improve in having a better gym and in enabling accesses to the rooms so that guests do not need to walk so much to get from the pool to their bedrooms. Air conditioning and wifi are not optimal.

I booked this hotel because it was listed as "Adults Only" and I figured there would be a mature population of adults which might make for a relaxing vacation. I arrived and the population was more mature than I would've desired. I ended up checking out early.

Beautiful resort. Very quiet and relaxing. Staff were friendly and attentive. The app makes booking services, classes and requesting things like towels or room service very easy. Easy walk to the beach. My only negative comment is that the drink menu that was included in the all inclusive stay was limited and could use more variety.

although the property is in a lovely spot, and the service was great, the food was below par... overcooked and bland If you speak German, this property would probably suit but with only one or two English speaking channels on the TV, it became almost a prison.. Transportation is by taxi for the most part and the place seems isolated if you have no other form of transit. It did not seem to be much about Portugal, which is the very reason to travel there.

Great customer service, room was massive and beautiful. Swimming pool was great and beautiful views within walking distance. Great breakfast options including vegan ones i haven’t seen before. The overall area was pretty quiet and not much entertainment around.

First, the location is excellent. Walking distance to beautiful beaches - Falesia and Olhos de Água. The room was spacious and very clean. The food was good, a lot of variety - with the all included option. Nice pool area and a nice garden as well. Very nice resort overall, I would definitely go back.
