As with all hotels, there were positives and negatives.
On the plus side, the pool and hot tub were warm and we largely had them to ourselves, many of the staff were very helpful (hats off to Trin in the restaurant). The location was awesome!
Some of the negatives (for us...might not matter to you), we drove up to an incredibly backed up valet service, with cars parked two lines deep. The valet was very nice...just very overwhelmed. There was no desk in the room and no business office to work in...the only public space available was a small lobby area with coffee tables and the restaurant; Trin did help us find a quiet corner in the restaurant. The room was very dark...a small door to the balcony and one large window, but the window looked right into the office next door so we kept the sheers closed. At 5:30 pm our room was not cleaned (we heard 3 different reasons), though they did send someone up around 6. Door key did not work, went down in my suit and towel (burr!) and got a new one, it did not work either...they did end up bringing new keys to our room. Followed instructions to text for reservation to speak easy...did so twice...no one answered. Front desk could not help but did send us to the restaurant where we were able to make a reservation. As stated, some good and some bad...lots of choice in Denver and will try somewhere new next time.
