Lovely and clean. Molton brown toiletries in the room. Spa area. Great view from rooftop and at breakfast. Pool area turns into a bar in the evening. Would definitely stay again. Bed was massive. TV had English channels (BBC and ITV plus kids channels) which was good as a solo traveller. No apps on the TV- it did have screen sharing for Apple and android but some of my apps like prime etc wouldn’t cast as it could tell the software was not in the UK. Only things to improve: rooftop needs some umbrellas for shade as there is no shade at all up there. No one explained breakfast to me- I think you could order some things off a menu alongside the buffet (different types of egg etc) but not sure.

Nearly perfect!

We loved the hotel! Service amazing. Housekeeping, turn down, reception, all wonderful. The only slight let down was the breakfast. The scrambled egg & coffee were not good and the fruit often unripe. We actually went out for breakfast but it’s hard to fault the hotel otherwise!

Great new hotel in great location

Great location near the cathedralthe waterfront and shopping. My room smelled like a lovely spa from the products they supply. It did have a quirky layout not not in a way that was a problem, just different. Good water free and minibar. This is my 5th visit to Palma and third hotel and I will choose it again. I dont know where people with cars park but that was not an issue for me.

Looked nice though. Spa - 10/10. No treatments but facilities were excellent in a relaxing environment. Breakfast - 10/10. Great choice and great quality. Staff - 10/10. ALL the staff were helpful, polite and professional. Hotel - 10/10. Perfect location. Beautiful inside. Very clean. Would definitely recommend.

Staff were great. Good choice for breakfast in lovely setting. Staff excellent at topping up food etc. Room comfortable. Modern in style. Comfortable mattress and nice shower. Menu for dinner not great for non seafood options. Good location. About 20 mins walk into the old town. Good choice of restaurants and bars there. Less so around the hotel which was mostly shops. Small plunge pool on roof. Can get very busy. Overall though I would say worth thinking about staying here. So many options!!!

We stayed at this hotel in July 2022. We chose it because of the location and the rooftop pool. The facilities are good and the room was fine. The location is excellent for exploring Palma. When checking in, the man on reception was unfriendly and didn’t say hello. We also had cash stolen from our room on two separate occasions. The first time we assumed we lost it ourselves but when it happened again the next day (we left the cash inside a sealed internal pocket of a full backpack of clothes), we knew it was the maids. We raised it with the hotel but of course we can’t prove it. Very disappointing for an upmarket hotel. We paid €750 for 3 nights. I would not stay here again.

Kommer absolut tillbaka hit!

Underbart boutique hotell med utmärkt läge mitt i shopping och restaurang området. Fantastiskt utsikt från takpoolen som blir cool takbar från 19:30. Väldigt god frukost med utsikt över havet. Litet men fungerande gym och tillgång till spa med bastu och inomhuspool. Snyggt rum med badkar vid de sköna sängarna.
