I was really disappointed with my stay at this hotel. When I tried to refill my water bottle with the free water in the lobby, one of the male staff members was walking around talking loudly in their native language. My husband politely asked what the problem was since we couldn't understand what the man was saying, but it was clear he was upset. Then, a female staff member told us that guests were not supposed to refill their water bottles. My husband politely explained that we didn't know this, but she responded with a rude attitude. The whole situation felt uncomfortable and unprofessional, especially since we were just trying to use a basic amenity. Overall, this left a bad impression, and I don't think we'll be returning or recommending this hotel. They could have approached us in a more courteous way and spoken in English instead of their language. Staff are not professional at all.
