The hotel is located near many amazing restaurants, the market is a 5 minute walk, and major sites weren't too far either so it is very conveniently located. Only downside, there were a few roaches.

We were given the wrong room. We booked a family quadruple and were given a triple room which was half the size of the family quadruple. When we questioned the room we were told that they were fully booked. It wasn't until we went back a second time and showed booking email that were given the correct room. Location was excellent, but we would not stay again.

Rooms were too small. Staffs were not knowledgeable, property was not clean. My whole family got bits by bed bugs. Towels were old and not well washed, there were stains on towels.

My room was pretty nice for a 3 star hotel. The location was okay, busy street loud until 1 am. The airccon worked but room never got cold. Fridge worked good. There some bugs around the windows but after I killed them and removed tablecloth covered in them from the room didn’t see anymore. Overall a good deal for the price range. Duvet was dirty, hotel changed it when I told them. Shower had a curtain and worked well.

The only things that have prevented me from giving this hotel 1 star is the location and the front-line staff that assisted me in securing a room change to their sister hotel because the management staff of the hotel were unresponsive when contacted by the support team at Expedia. The original room given requires many MANY updates before continuing to rent out the space. The room is extremely pungent with moth ball scents that seep into your clothing and belongings even if you stay there for only one night! The bathroom has bugs similar to appearance of "silver fish bugs" that crawl in and out of the drains. AC fan panels are broken so it can't adjust direction of air being blown, but hey at least that works. There are holes in the bathroom door covered by giftwrap similar to the colour of the door. The bathroom itself needs the flooring redone because the water pools into a corner and will stay there overnight unless you'd like to mop it up yourself. Their sister hotel has rooms in better condition, but this is my warning that if you care for a comfortable stay or would like your family to enjoy a restful night's sleep during your trip then stay away from this location. Another warning is not to pick up their free candy out front at the sister hotel, my mom did and the best way to describe what I saw looked like an explosion of tiny lice looking bugs crawling out of the candy and up her arms they were all over and move very fast. You've been warned!

Staff yang bersemangat dan mesra.Hotel sangat dekat dengan pasar Ben Thanh, hanya brp minit berjalan kaki, sangat mudah untuk bersiar-siar dan tambahan kepada pelancong Muslim kerana berdekatan dengan restoran Halal dan tempat shopping untuk Muslima.Staff sini baik dan sentiasa senyum,masa check-in pun cepat dan mudah sebab receptionist fasih Bahasa,Setiap kali berjumpa dengan receiption kami sentiasa berasa sambutan hangat,rasa macam rumah kami yang ke dua di Vietnam.Kami sangat berpuas hati dengan pengalaman kami.Terima kasih The Noble Swan Hotel❤️

이만원대 1군 숙박료. 치고는 이해됨. 하지만, 카운터의 딱딱함은 보기가 좋지 않았음. 사람이 출입을 해도 신경쓰지 않음에 일장일단은 있겠지만, 노블이란 이름이 들어 가는 곳은 종업원의 불친절은 별로 였다. 역시 호텔은 고급에 숙박하는 이유가 여행을 대접 받는 것은 당연함을 세삼 느껴 쉐라톤으로 옮겨3일을 더 보내어 본다.

ベンタイン市場やホーチミン市内の要所へのアクセスは良好で歩いて行けます ブイビエンやレタントンへは少し離れているかもしれません 部屋は広くてまぁまぁきれい セキュリティボックスはありません エアコンが少しカビ臭いですが、付けていればニオイは消えました コスパは良い方だと思います 日本のホテルのクオリティーを求めてはいけません 十分に泊まれるホテルだと思います
