Very clean and spacious room. Very comfortable bed. Great breakfast with lots of options. Right next door to Metro stations. Lots of restaurants close by. And the Kyoto Palace and grounds is just across the road. This was our second stay.

Great hotel. Clean and friendly staff. Only issue is the location-kinda far from the main Kyoto area-markets, etc but it’s doable.

Best hotel in Kyoto! The location, staff, and rooms were amazing! They had so many amazing amenities and the staff was so helpful and personable. The breakfast buffet was a great addition and well worth it. We will be staying here next time we are in Kyoto!

We loved this spot. It's right by the imperial gardens, a subway and bus station and plenty of restaurants. It's also a 20 minute walk from a shipping district with more restaurants and things to see and do. The food on site is great too. Our favorite however was the room, it was large and comfortable, the bathroom was spacious and clean. Definitely recommend staying here.

We had such an amazing stay! We cannot say enough good things about the staff! They were professional and so kind. Each day they assisted us with a taxi and were able to communicate clearly on our behalf to the drivers about our destination. Happy Hour and the on site dining were very good as well.
