Easy check in and out, clean place and even with Covid19, the breakfast was good.

We were lucky to find a room. A little more than I wanted to pay but no complaints!!!

It was really nice and quiet! The hotel itself was wonderful and the rooms was really nice we slept really well! Will definitely go back.

Very helpful young lady at the front desk ensured we had a quiet room away from the traveling volleyball team! Very comfortable room. Would suggest that the staff or visitors clear alarms they set before leaving. A 6 am alarm in the room next door, which was empty, went off for about 15 minutes.

Terrible mattress and pillows. Room Next door had a dog that barked all night. Told the manager next morning to switch our room. He called back and promised that the dog issue had been taken care of. Next night same issue with dog. Barked all night long. Very unsatisfied with this location. Would definitely not recommend.

Very nice hotel. Modern, clean and we'll run by the friendly staff. Much better choice than any number of other similarly priced Lubbock hotels. Will most def stay again.

Our room was very small, but nice. I really liked the bathroom and the freestanding mirror. I could put my makeup on in the room while my husband showered. There was a ceiling fan in the room which is a nice touch for warmer months. Overall, our stay was enjoyable.

Arbor is in a good location for where we go. Always pretty accommodating.

Chose this hotel mostly because of the pool and hot tub. I wish they would disclose that the hot tub was closed and that there is a capacity limit. I also called ahead to make sure the pool was open and they didn't even disclose this information to me over the phone. It was almost a ruined weekend. But we made the most of it. The staff was nice but very by the book. The pool is A LOT smaller than it looks in the pictures.
