Very disgusting staff attitude
I could say it is the worst hotel experience that I encountered so far. I would like to complain here that the front desk staff served me on 19 APR 2017 evening was terribly unprofessional and her attitude to me was very rude! I asked for a kettle in the afternoon when I checked in, at that time the day shift staff told me it was in the pantry & I could get it myself when I came back from dinner. Ok, when I back after dinner, I went straight to the pantry & get the kettle. The night shift old lady shouted at me saying "NONONO" & impolitely asked me what was I doing. When I explained to her, she never listened and just said she never got informed by the day shift staff and showed long face to us! 1st, I want to say actually I asked for a kettle and I expected the staff will send it directly to my room but they didn't. 2nd, the staff here were lacking of communication. 3rd, the attitude of that night shift old lady was disgusting. I really never think of being treated so rude as a guest in a hotel. Besides, the room that I got at first got a sink lacking problem, I got another room changed but I left some drinks in the fridge. When I discovered, I asked the night shift old lady, she straightly told me she couldnt help as the room was already occupied. I asked if they have checked the fridge before checking in another guest & she said yes but no information of lost & found. but the lady never asked me what did I leave in the room, showing she was reluctant to help! BAD!!!!
