Beautiful getaway!

Beautiful place!! Most staff was very helpful. AC in the room would not go below 68°. We requested a fan and a dehumidifier. These items helped tremendously. I wish there were more seafood selections as well as salads. If you like beef, they have you covered. Beach is gorgeous! Watch out for the coral. There are sandy sections.

Wunderbares Resort!

Wir waren für eine Woche in diesem wunderschönen Resort. Die Anlage ist sehr gepflegt, das Personal sehr freundlich (auch ohne Trinkgeld) und hilfsbereit. Wir haben in verschiedenen Restaurants gegessen. Einzig beim Italiener war das Essen für uns als Europäer nicht wirklich top. Wir kommen gerne wieder und können das Resort allen die auf der Suche nach Erholung/Ruhe und sorglosen Ferien sind nur wärmstens weiterempfehlen.

There was glass on the floor of my friend’s room and an empty soda can. The whole property looks nice but feels cold. Food is ok, but the meat was really good though. Staff could smile more (men in general were nicer), and way too cold in the restaurants

The staff was incredibly unpleasant. We constantly received subpar service while other patrons received excellent service. I've noticed this happen on multiple occasions, and even confirmed with another group of patrons that only select groups of people received this better service. We were constantly ignored especially at the main bar Martini in which Emmanuel would ignore us or have someone else take our drink order (even with tipping). There was even an occasion where our room wasn't cleaned. Eventually, they arrived at 4:30 pm, with an unpleasant attitude and cleaned the room in such a rush that cleaning supplies were left behind. We also received ripped towels. It's a shame because the grounds are beautiful and the food was decent for an all inclusive. Will never return. Excellence in Cancun was way better.

The staff have been constantly rude and unfriendly. Specially they treated my pregnant wife very badly. Instead of trying to accommodate her as the best they could, they sopped her from attending the activities she liked because "they couldnt take more people". One of the hospitality hosts kept picking on us, using very unfriendly language. The servers at the restaurant stopped us from going in because my Armani shirt "didnt have fold in collar"!!! The spa didnt accept our request for massage because "it was late and they had to go home"!!! And they gave us a late appointment themselves!!! I talked to the general manager and his response was "I dont work for reviews, do whatever you want"!!! Obviously making their guests happy is not a priority in this hotel! I strongly suggest you think twice before going to this hotel. I have had much better experiences in other hotels, even other excellence resorts!!

We stayed in a junior suite which was quiet and spacious with a spa. The first night we used the spa the plug didn’t work but they sent someone promptly to fix . The cleaning service came in and left the floors wet when they mopped and unaware when we came in my 82 year old Mom fell flat on her stomach . Horrible experience but Thankfully she sustained minor pain. They responded but never offered any sort of recompense . Brenda the host of activities was lovely she made my Moms experience here memorable. She engaged her in all the activities and greeted her anywhere on the property I speak some Spanish so communicating was ok but if you don’t most of the staff don’t speak English. Not sure how the club membership rates besides having access to Magna restaurant and lounge but the service can’t be any different so for the price I paid for a regular stay not sure I would want to experience that . Would I return …… probably not 1st time experience for me is what counts in a property there are too many places to experience

Pros: The resort grounds are beautifully maintained and create a relaxing atmosphere. Our room was comfortable and well-appointed with modern amenities. We appreciated the cleanliness and attention to detail. Cons: Front Desk: We were disappointed with the lack of assistance and impersonal service at the front desk. While we understand the app is a helpful tool, we would have appreciated more personalized recommendations for activities and resort information, especially since this was our first visit. Entertainment: The evening entertainment was underwhelming and lacked variety. We hoped for more engaging options. Restaurants: While the food quality was generally decent with some restaurants standing out, the reservation system was frustrating. We encountered long waits at times, even when restaurants appeared to have plenty of availability. Service in the restaurants was inconsistent, with some staff members being attentive and friendly while others seemed disengaged. Beach: The beach was beautiful, but it was challenging to find available chairs, especially during peak hours. Additionally, drink service on the beach was infrequent and slow. Pools: The main pool's location and design weren't ideal for a lively atmosphere or enjoying the swim-up bar. While the quieter pools were nice for relaxation, more active options would be appreciated.

This was a beautiful hotel with extremely kind staff. There was an abundance of everything, pools, outdoor bars, restaurants, quiet spaces, and activities. We are definitely coming back. Allicia & Kevin

Food variety. Cleanness. Service, extremely kind without requesting of tips. Everything was excellent. We have been in many other “All Inclusive” and without any doubts this is the best one. One thing that should be improved, the End of the Year Show was not in the same level of all the rest.
