Great Stay

Room was clean, right by the pool and just a few steps from the beach. Check in was easy and the 2 gentlemen at the desk were friendly and hilarious 😂 Prices were reasonable. Definitely will go back!

On the dingy side

Properties always take a beating near the water especially if they have carpet. I hate carpet generally but this felt especially dirty and worn. The layout was cute, just a bit run down and not the best choice for the activities we had planned (e.g. Victoria Mansion).

Nice place to stay at Old Orchard Beach

Friendship was a great location with a fantastic view of the ocean. It was tiny but clean & had everything you need. There are a lot of rules but it helps keep the property nice. Even free laundry though the washers were moody even though they were new. We enjoyed our time there.

Would stay again

Not the greatest but it’s kinda perfect. The room is the size of a postage stamp and good luck on the size of the toilet. BUT it’s clean the bed and the couch were comfy. Service was great and can’t complain. Right on the beach very convient would stay again

Wonderful place to stay!

The hotel staff was very friendly and welcoming. The accomodations were as expected, while an older hotel, we had a lovely view of the ocean, and the room was very clean and had everything we needed for our short stay. Would definitely recommend this place

Stayed in a suite #47 second floor, ocean view with large semi private balcony that was very spacious. Big, clean pool with many lounge chairs, umbrellas, table/chairs. Grounds were very clean and well maintained. Horseshoe shaped building with pool in middle and grass all around. Hotel was ocean front only steps away. Our stay was 2 nights and we enjoyed the hotel location and accommodations BUT our neighbor was loud, foul mouth, kept us up until 3 AM 1st night and 12:30 AM 2nd night. Not fault of hotel but made for vac with little sleep.
