Spend your money anywhere else
So old and outdated. The video and website is pure false advertisement . I paid for all inclusive , arrived at 7am after flying all night and couldn’t have food or use the pool till noon unless I paid extra for those 5 hours. When I finally got my room the AC was not working. After going back up the hill of death, to request maintenance, then back down only to have the maintenance guy say it was fine even though it was not blowing cold air at all. Back to the top to ask for a new room where the front desk girl was super rude and told me it’s working you don’t need a new room . I insisted and she slammed the keys on the counter.
Only to end up with ants in my bed . Zero maid service even when requested. No water in the mini fridge, never even offered to restock. No wifi in the rooms and barely worked in the so called restaurant, which is literally like a school cafeteria with maybe 5 options. Snack bar was hot dogs , fries and chips every single day . What you saw for dinner you would have as luck the next day. Breakfast was the same every single day for 7 days. Advertised arcade game room-nope, billiards-nope, cafe- 3 coffee pots, deli- toast and rolls. Restaurant #2 never open the whole time I was there.
Coffee machine in the room had to be taken off the desk and put on the floor to plug in. No free shuttles anywhere . Pool tiles coming off the bottom of the pool.
21 places to sit by the pools with at least 100 ppl in the pool area ! Even the locals felt bad for me. Dirty
