Worst stay in boise
“B” who works the night desk was very unprofessional and downright rude. I unable to check in after having a booking through this account in my name, booking in my name, and card in my name; and refused check in due to my partner having an expired id which we been waiting on in the mail (he said this was industry standard nor specific to the location). I tired to explain to B that we had drove from the middle of wyoming for 11 hours and just needed a place to sleep to get back on the road to california but he would hear it and got rude when i explained we never experienced such a requirement in any state or rental option we’ve been to and that all necessary info was in my name, and we were both over 21. B refused a refund and went back to watching tv and eating in the lobby which he was doing before i walked in. I called the next day to to speak to management (A) and they told me that the id requirement is location policy (its not on the property policies section on here or posted in their lobby) and was told that it is known that B is very rude to customers (so dont be shocked if you receive the same treatment). I wouldnt even look at this place as an option, pay a couple more dollars and go to a place that wont give a headache at 11pm after driving the whole day.

Mean people
I DIDNT STAY.!!The individual was so crude to me at checkin. I left and did not stay with the property!!! She was demanding me looking at her whiteboard of her hotel rules, and wanting my cash deposit. Then inform me upon check out if I came to them and they would go to my room to verify no damage at that time that’s the only time I get the cash deposit back then she told me to get the F off her property because I asked for my cash deposit back. I was flabbergasted. I chose that location out of convenience. It is a lowlife hotel unfortunately dealing with people that have had misfortune in their life’s and they’re taking advantage of those people. I am a well educated, financial stable woman and can see these things

DO NOT STAY HERE
DO NOT STAY HERE. The company steals from potential customers. I used Hotels.con to make the reservation. Listing says pet friendly. The do not list pet fee. They charge $30 per animal. Then when you arrive and are not willing and do not agree to pay more than your hotel room for dogs that will not come out of a crate. They will not refund your money. The use hostage marketing to not allow your money to be refunded. It is never documented anywhere prior to making the reservation that they have a no refund policy.

Arrived after midnight. Number 2 in line. The night clerk took about 10 minutes per customer to process them in. Told me there is a $25/dog nonrefundable fee, and a $50 cleaning deposit, which is Not in the property description of fees. I paid cash, and it seemed like a scam. The night clerk said they didn't have any room swipe keys, so he escorted me to the room and opened the door. I had to leave the room door open for several trips to my vehicle for items I needed to get into the room. Unsafe. The room was a dump. Filthy shower, toilet and the floor was dirty. Broken wall plates, missing smoke detector. The shower tub filled up about 6" of dirty water during shower. Drain not working. No electrical outlet in bathroom for hair dryer.

I will stay again.
If you pull in and think about leaving again...don't do it. The price is great, the room clean, well-appointed with amenities, and it was small, but comfortable. Also, there is one thing they do, that I have mixed feelings about. They do not save you card number, so when you check out they must check the room and after, use your card again to issue you a refund. I was not informed, so it made me late to my appointment, but it does make your refund faster. I will stay again.

HORRIBLE
By far the worst hotel/motel experience of our lives. Check-in felt like we were being interrogated. Every person in our car, including people that were not even staying in the hotel, had to come in, stay the entire check-in time, and have their IDs photocopied. We had to have a $50 CASH deposit that we could not have back until our room was inspected after check-out. We were also informed that every day of our stay, there would be a MANDATORY room check. That is a complete invasion of privacy, and made us question what kind of criminal things were taking place at this establishment. The room was filthy and smelled horrible. There was mold growing in the shower. We did not stay. We immediately turned the key back in, and found a proper hotel that we could feel comfortable in.

Disgusting and was assaulted by staff.
This place is the dirtiest place I have ever stayed at, I got charge way too much with extra deposits and was assaulted by the lady behind the front desk because I was crying (because my grandpa just died and she was literally screaming at me with 3 other people in the lobby). The hotel threw staff threw items at me and no person in the hospitality industry should be throwing objects at their customers for crying, especially if they have no idea what their tears are for. They were not running a professional business whatsoever and use any excuse to charge your card more than what you booked it for.

Terrible staff, very unprofessional! Would only accept cash for deposit with no receipt! Said her rooms are $6,000 and you want a receipt. Screamed at us to leave. Please I wouldnt let my dog stay in one of your rooms! Read all reviews they are crooked. Turning them into better business bureau!!

We didn't even get to stay when we went to check in they told us that we needed cash they told us a different amount then what my itinerary said and I told them that was not the price I have we went to get cash and I was going to show them the amount when we got back they said we no longer have a room DO NOT RENT ROOMS FROM THEM

Very run-down, you definitely get what you pay for. Bathroom walls were falling apart, had mold. Not sure they cleaned the shower/tub. Ever. Walls were grimy and needed paint. Lingering smell of cigarettes even though it was a non-smoking room. I did check for bugs, and didn't find any, so thats a plus. Staff was friendly. Parking not awesome.

This place need remodeling bad... bathroom ceiling was coming down. Based Boards coming off the walls. The curtains did not even fit the windows. I felt i had no privacy at all. Carpet had cut toe nails in it. And the room reak of smoke from cigarettes...
