客房及浴室都非常乾淨,且榻榻米風格日式客房又有獨立衛浴,這間飯店的訂價算是經濟實惠,客房空間大小很剛好,住得很舒服, 櫃台小姐英文也非常好,溝通沒有障礙, 飯店位置離地鐵站及公車站都約走路十分鐘的路程,蠻方便的, 走路到錦市場或四条通河原通都不會太遠,很值得推薦的飯店

Værelset var rent og fint. Dog var wifi forbindelse mildest talt elendig på vores værelse. Vi boede k værelse 201. Sengene var også dårlige. Vi har sovet i andre Ryokans i Japan, hvor sengene har været fantastiske, så det var desværre ikke en fornøjelse at sove på disse senge.

5-6min walk from train station. Bookable Private bath. Nice breakfast. Lovely staff. Really nice rooms! 10min walking distance to shopping streets, markets, restaurants and the old japan archtecture areas! Really recommend for short and long stay!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this traditional ryokan. We opted for the tatami mats which were extremely comfortable and provided an authentic experience. All of the staff were so helpful and attentive, the Japanese breakfast was delicious, and we really enjoyed the selection of drinks at the in-house bar. If you stay here, I’d recommend taking advantage of the activities offered by the hotel - we took part in a traditional tea ceremony and loved it! The lady who ran this was so lovely and made this experience one of the highlights of our trip. The location was also fantastic; we were within walking distance of so many great shops, restaurants and things to do. If I had one tiny gripe, it would be that the air conditioning unit in the room was a bit noisy and might bother you if you’re a light sleeper. That being said, this is vastly outweighed by the many other pros to staying here. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anybody looking for a traditional stay in a lovely part of Kyoto!

My stay here was amazing definitely my favorite place I stayed at while I was exploring Japan for 2 weeks. The rooms were gorgeous with the tatami mats and traditional decor. The whole staff was incredibly kind and accommodating special shoutout to Sana for helping me find fun things to do around the city and for making my bed lol. Even when I accidentally missed the breakfast that I scheduled and showed up 3 hours late they were all very nice and still gave me excellent food and service sorry if I stressed y’all out! I had an amazing time the staff made me feel very welcome and at home and I highly recommend staying here if you have the chance!

Very traditional inn, but loved that the bathrooms have been updated. Friendly staff. Would definitely recommend this establishment for anyone looking to stay at a more traditional inn in Kyoto.
