I have stayed in this hotel at least 10 times in the last few years and there’s one guy that works at the front desk named Joshua. Over the years he’s been sort of cold towards me and kind of rude, but this is probably the last time I’m gonna be staying here because he has really shown that he should not be working the front desk. He is very rude, not helpful with zero customer service skills. Just like today I asked the ladies not to clean my room, but to please leave coffee in the room for me to have coffee the next morning. He tells me that they don’t put coffee in the room every day that they only put it there the first day that you’re there as a welcome, which is not true. They’ve always put coffee in my room every single day when they clean my room. He just does not want to give me the coffee. It’s ridiculous. He acts like it’s gold. And every time you walk into the office, he acts if you’re bothering him. I know they changed management, but he is still there. Everyone at the hotel is fantastic at the bar and restaurant and the cleaning staff, but he is the bad apple. And it’s sad because he is at the front desk in the first person you see when you check into the hotel.
