Cockroaches

Biggest complaint is cockroaches. I booked 4 rooms for my crew over a weekend. Paid a high price for each room. Rooms do not look like the photos. All employees were placed on the back side with a view, when reserved rooms were for the front side. And when one of the guests opened leftover food in the refrigerator, there was a cockroach in it! A refund for this very misrepresented listing is in order.

Wasn't able to check in but was still charged.

This was an awful experience. I elected to pay for this rental at the time of arrival. When I showed up to check-in, the reception desk was closed and when I called the number listed on their sign, the person said I could not check in because I haven't paid yet.

Sadie was very helpful at check in and she even came to our room to help get the TV working. The room was bright, clean and spacious. The area seemed safe. One of the two beds was very lumpy and uncomfortable, the other bed was good per my friend.

Hidden gem on a budget!

We enjoyed our stay very much. The room was clean and the smart TV was awesome. Usually hotels have crappy channels but this place had a smart TV with every streaming service which was nice. Our room was overlooking the river which my kids loved. The only downside was that the hotel doesn’t offer breakfast. We would stay here again for sure.

The place is located in Seaside, Oregon which is a few minutes drive to Cannon Beach. There’s restaurants and groceries nearby. The kitchenette was useful, it gas basic utensils needed for eating and cooking. Check in is only up to 10pm so make sure you do so before their front desi staff leaves.

Good for a quick stay imo

Only needed a stay for 1 night, didnt put much effort into finding a room as lots of hotels were booked up. Was pleasently surprised to find our room had a kitchenette with a stove top. Our room didnt have a good view unless you like parking lots on both sides of the room but again I didnt rent it for the view. It was very clean, no ac but they have a free standing fan in the room that you can move around. The staff was nice enough but seemed bothered when I checked in, (we all have off days). For a quick stay i would do it again but if I was there for any longer than 2 days I would find a nicer view.

The office closed at 10. We didnt get in until after the office closed. The lock box with my room key was hard to deal with. It was unlocked and my room key and info on paper was just there for eberyone to take or see. Then the bed was comfy but the sheets were pretty gross. Stains and other things. I couldn't get a new sheet cause there was no staff. Or anothe towel since the towel rack was so close to the shower it got wet. The tv didnt work at all. Woudlnt connevt to internet they either didnt have cable or it didnt work

Our experience was disappointing from the moment we pulled up to the property. The front desk attendant was outside smoking and appeared irritated that we interrupted her break to check in. We were greeted with zero enthusiasm, which immediately set a negative tone. The room itself was clean, but far from what we were promised. We specifically booked a river view room, as clearly stated on our confirmation. Instead, our view was of a rundown building with broken window screens and scattered trash. Upon further inspection, we discovered that the window lock was broken, and the only thing securing it was a single screw—completely unacceptable from a safety standpoint. When we brought our concerns to the front desk, we were once again dismissed. Another staff member chimed in and argued that we hadn’t booked a river view, despite the confirmation on our receipt. Rather than continuing the back-and-forth, we chose to leave and stay down the street at Saltline—thankfully a much better experience. This felt like a classic bait and switch. I would not recommend this property to anyone.

We were just passing through and looking for a place to rest for the night. No particular destination in mind. This place popped up and we decided to give it a try. It was a great room for the price. It was clean and quiet. Not much more you can ask for in a hotel. It was a bit hard to find in the dark, as we missed the sign from the main road. We eventually turned to the maps app and it led us right there. We didn't realize until the next morning how close we were to so much activity. We found some great food and wandered around, did some shopping and exploring before we hit the road again. I would probably stay at this place again if given the chance!
