The room was dirty. Hand prints on walls and doors bathtub had a ring around it mildew shower curtain dusty surfaces spider in bathroom and mgr was condensending about it. Broken phone blanket / bedspread smell disgusting like urine

It was perfectly located for my visit to the area. There is no coffee (not terrible) but the room was quite clean and it was ready for me early.

Nice, small and quiet motel. Friendly and courteous staff . They have a fully stocked vending machine with snacks and essentials, Most snacks are fifty cents so it's very helpful for traveling frugally. Beds are very comfortable as well.

Great Family Owned Motel!
This is an older motor lodge that's been updated. Reba, the front desk clerk, was very helpful and attentive. Room was clean. Pillows, linens, and bath towels need updating. Walking distance to downtown Coldspring and right across the street from Coldspring High School. I would stay here again.
