We stayed for a tournament for a few days. It was clean, quiet and the staff were awesome. The only draw back were the towels. Wish we were offered more than two bath towels at a time. Other than that loved the full kitchen! Super nice!

Candlewoods Suites was very nice, good location for what we needed. In town for a wedding. However, we booked thru hotels.com and when we checked in we didn’t have what we ordered 2 months before. Hotels.com blamed Candlewoods, and visa versa. The customer (me) got the short end of the stick. Not happy about that. Could have ruined a wonderful occasion .

The hotel overbooked and called us to let us know that they upgraded our room for no extra cost. Unfortunately at check in, the front desk messed up and gave us the wrong room number and we woke up an elderly couple that was in that room at 10:30pm when we tried to get into the room. Then we when we went back to the front desk, they said yeah we realized afterwards we gave you the wrong room key...probably should habe double checked that prior.

I love that it's far away, but close to stuff. Very clean, great staff. Quiet, but i wish all places with different stories would leave a paper in every room to be considerate of those below. My only complaint is the toilet paper, and that's good for me. We would definitely recommend, and would stay, again.

Nice place. Easy checkin. Lots of door dash options. Pool was quiet and relaxing. Had it all to ourselves. Definitely clean, as I'm a stickler for this. Did find one piece of trash under side of bed which makes me worry about floors, but it was probably just accidentally missed. Nice room layout. Backs to woods. Plenty quiet at night. Not a party hotel.

Horrible experience. Booked this hotel for a softball tournament bc it’s close to our venue. When we arrived after playing all day, they had zero rooms available. Our rooms had been paid for, for 2 weeks prior. I had called early that day to be reassured we would have rooms. No rooms. Rude employees. Was told unless we wanted to clean our own room we were not getting a room. When we asked for a manager we were told no managers work on the weekends and it’s our problem. We were laughed at for being frustrated. Unprofessional and will never go back.
