The B&B is very clean and staff was friendly, but as long as you don't speak Italian, the check-in process and other communication is quite hard. It's not very modern, but the (very comfortable) bed and mattress seemed to be new. The air conditioner was very loud.
The included breakfast was disappointing as it just consisted of one croissant and a beverage of your choice in the coffee shop across the street, but I suppose it's typical Italian.
We would have felt kind of lost without our car, cause it's far away from any nice beach.
To sum up it is okay for a short stay, as long as you don't expect a modern B&B in a beautiful neighbourhood.
